Room smelled like dog urine
I like that. It was central located.
Well, I was hoping to get to use the Jacuzzi, but it was closed for repairs. I do understand that. There is a new owner and that you are doing upgrades.
There was some Dori issues. I guess what the batteries for the auto card thing, but the manager was very very helpful, and making sure that we were able to get our room and helped us get into a new room.
The toilets are low, and it was hard to get up off the toilet, especially people who have leg and foot issues I would suggest replace in the toilet and making them a little bit higher.

Elevator smelled like urine, room was not cleaned, no towels, looked like someone slept in the bed.

“I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and my room had no hot water. I expected basic cleanliness and respectful service. “It’s disappointing to pay for a hotel and not get the basics.”Okay. After booking and paying for a King suite, I was given a double bed instead, which made the stay uncomfortable and far below what was promised.
Location to cuyahoga national park
There were ants crawling all over our air conditioner- got another room and the moldy ac air made me so sick I nearly threw up- it also rattled so loud we couldn’t use it. There was loud conversations in the hallway at night and it smelt strongly in the hallway between bleach and cleaners. Very uncomfortable stay- would not recommend.

The pool gave me a bad rash the hot tub had paint chips all in the bottom.. my room had bugs . The ceilling had water holes in it . N they require a 100 refundable deposit even after I paid on line..
