Location is nice
The toilet was filthy. There was no shower curtain. There were substances of unknown origin around the room.
The location was good, beds comforable, cost was great, staff was great.
One of the lights were out in the bathroom, so it was very dim. The toilet was too low. The telephone buttons were not labeled. No way to call the front desk nor housekeeping. Need lighting in the parking lot. The fire alarm going off at 2am in the morning. Because of a malfunction in the sprinkler system, I understands it happens weekly.
The room and bathroom was clean.
The staff was polite and attended to our needs.
We will use this hotel again 😃
Messed up my reservation and the pool was down the day we got there through our whole stay, booked them for hotel. After messing up our reservation she gave us a $3 discount which if anything was disrespectful because it was their mistake.
Saturday morning they vacuumed the full hallway. Very good. Location of hotel in a good area from all the things we did.
pool closed, very disappointed because i chose here for the pool. ice machine on 2nd floor was filthy -- leaking, dirty towels on the floor, water on the floor. Elevators not clean. A couple fighting outside loudly in parking lot at 2 am. called front desk (others called too), where are the police? Punch Hole in the wall of our room. Punch Hole in the wall in 2nd floor hallway.
THE HOTEL WAS GOOD BEEN HERE MORE THEN ONCE I REALLY DON'T HAVE MUCH TO COMPLAIN ABOUT I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN. LOCATION IS GREAT VERY CLOSE TO ALL YOU MAY NEED AND MORE

Convient to where we was going
Door was broke, alarm went off early morning, toilet stayed running , saw 2 bugs have picture , no security on the doors you didn't have to have key to go inside, beds was full size but advertised as queen on the booking site , microwave barely worked . We really thought this was a nice hotel online but was disappointed in person

The first two rooms they gave us were occupied by other guests. The third rooms door bolt lock didn’t work but you couldn’t enter without and the top latch worked so we kept that room. The bathroom room was not cleaned very well.
