Pros:

No pool or accommodations, once we got there we canceled our room because we they did not have amenities open. The front desk was supposed to give our money back but we never received our money.

The front desk area

Cons:

Pool , hot tub dirty no towels to dry off , shower had hair and dirt in it , remote had no back to it battery kept falling out front desk had no replacement i was disappointed hotel smelled like weed and cigarettes, night stands were dirty and desk soap dish in bathroom was not wiped off I brought my own bleach spray. Thank god and my own air freshener

You can go to the gym any time they have to let you in. Some of the people there make you feel like you are around shady ppl. The buildings a little older that’s okay. The pool looked unclean. The front desk people or horrible they look at your crazy talk to you crazy and have attitude I drooled at the front desk for 30 mins before getting may help. She didn’t even acknowledge me

Stayed 6 hours, found bugs in the bed, waiting for someone in the hotel or Booking site to refund me
Cons:

I requested a refund 3x from the property. I stayed in the room less than 6 hours after checking in when I found 2 black bugs crawling under my pillows and sheets. I've emailed the manager 3x and can provide pictures of the bugs and the emails if need be. I'd like a refund.

Pros:

Staff was inviting and kind! The lady at the front desk created me with a smile. She even gave me a wristband for the pool when there was only 20 minutes left of it being open, so I could relax and read. Rooms were clean and comfy! I attended an event at the local library and it was less than a ten minute drive from the hotel.

Cons:

Breakfast starts late and is $15. It was easier/cheaper for me to grab fast food once I was on the road and heading home. However for the price of the room, the price for breakfast is more than doable.
