I did not end up staying the night. I went to another hotel.

The room and hallways smelled like marijuana, the paint was peeling, there were people hanging out in stairwells, the pool was not open and it was not a safe environment for me and my son

Because I paid to go there to enjoy the hot tub but it was not working. I didn't like Because they don't clean daily , they only clean after you leave the room and you have to put the garbage outside the doorvso they pick it up before you leave the room

Pros:

Confirmed my reservation twice and even checked in online. Called hotel after online checkin to inform them I wouldn't arrive until after midnight. Was assured it wouldn't be a problem. Arrived to find out they gave away my room. Ended up driving 5 hours to get home. I want a refund

Cons:

I've spent over two hours on the phone with the hotel and booking.com and no one wants to take responsibility and refund my money. Absolutely disgusting, will never use booking.com again and certainly never going back to this hotel again.
