I kike everything about to voco
I messed up my booking and paid for a night indisnt use.
Location, right in heart of Orchard Road, walk to Isetan, ION, Takashimaya etc. Big breakfast buffet spread with very nice local food too. Gym is clean and spacious. Love the cakes in D9
We were met with crumpy bedspread that had lumpy duvet. Feedback to hotel and they offered to make the bed again but its ok, we already ready for gym and staying a night so didnt bother.
Basically within high expectations
We were allocated a room right opposite the elevators even though the hotel was not busy. We were too jet lagged to make comment once we realised and had stepped out of the lift. We felt that the chap at check-in could have shown some consideration here but probably was oblivious, perhaps a lack of professional experience. But overall, we do recommend this hotel for consistency and location.
Location is great, breakfast offered great variety because I wanted the experience of asian cuisine.

Room was on a higher floor as requested. Room included breakfast which had a wide range of excellent food.
بصراحة كانت تجربة سيئة جدًا مع فندق فوکو، خصوصًا مع إن أسعاره مبالغ فيها وما تستاهل أبدًا. بعد ما دخلت العاملة تنظف الغرفة، ميك أبـي انسرق، وأنا متأكد وين حاطته قبل التنظيف، وبعد ما طلعت العاملة اختفى تمامًا. هذا شي غير مقبول نهائيًا من فندق يدّعي إنه راقي وخدمتهم عالية. الضيف المفروض يحس بالأمان على أغراضه، مو يخاف إنها تنسرق من داخل غرفته. فندق غالي لهالدرجة وما يوفر أمان ولا احترام للنزلاء هذا عيب كبير. اللي صار خرب عليّ الإقامة كلها وخلاني أفقد الثقة فيهم، وما أنصح أبدًا أي شخص يسكن في فوکو إذا يهمه أمان أغراضه أو يتوقع خدمة تليق بسعر الفندق.

The Club level experience can't be faulted. Chef Jiaya, Sujeh, Rayanne and the rest of the team are friendly, helpful and attentive at just the right level. We have had a lovely stay.

A very nice stylish hotel in the heart of Orchard Road, spacious and comfortable room, nice food and beverages served, prime location nearby public transportation hub, instagramable rooftop swimming pool and great sauna and steam facilities.
