We had such a wonderful experience at Opus Bar & Grill, and a huge part of it was thanks to Push and his exceptional service.
From the moment we met him, Push was incredibly friendly, warm and enthusiastic. He took the time to explain the weekday buffet promotion to us and, noticing that we had two little babies with us, immediately took the initiative to push two tables together so we could have a more spacious and comfortable table. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and something he really didn’t have to do.
What impressed us even more was how he went above and beyond throughout our meal. He served us with a genuine smile, was always happy to help, and even shared many useful tips and advice with my husband and me as first-time parents. It really felt like advice from one parent to another, rather than just a staff member doing his job. His warmth and sincerity made us feel so comfortable and well taken care of.
As parents of newborn twins, it’s honestly quite rare for us to have the opportunity to sit down and properly enjoy a meal together. Push made our lunch so much more enjoyable and relaxing, and his excellent service genuinely made a difference to our experience.
Thank you so much, Push, for your kindness, thoughtfulness and wonderful hospitality. You are a real asset to Opus Bar & Grill, and we hope to see you again on our next visit! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Amazing, as always. Check in was a breeze, though I suggest Mr Jayden to smile more.
Housekeeping was speedy. Served by Ms Battuma. Friendly and her service was beyond my expectations. Such a gem.
Elaine surprised me when she gave me a late check out at 2pm, although I was hopping a 1pm would be fantastic. Such a breeze to chat about my requests via WA.
Request for amenities was also hassle free using their platform which I need to scan from the working table.
Will definitely return.🥰

天花板的燈很容易短路，晚上打到總機打了好幾通都沒人接，跑到大廳，四個人員閒置在那邊實在是不知道為什麼沒人接電話。跳電修好後，一下子又壞掉，有夠爛
Love the lo mai Kai and desserts. More options for meats needed though or more unique dishes.

This hotel was very good . The service was good and the staff were really nice. The rooms were very comfy and spacious. The location was excellent as we were able to go to ION wheelock place and ngee an city were easily. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a good stay in Orchard Road Singapore.
Not a good experience. Unfriendly staff and unhelpful Manager who was Assistant Front Office Manager with very bad attitude.

Had a lovely stay with my family. We usually stay at hotels near paragon but this time wanted to try a change in scenery and had a great stay! The hotel is well located and within 5 to 10 minutes can reach several malls and eating places! Supermarkets and money changers are also a stone throw away! MRT is also accessible via Wheelock which is a short walk away. Staff are very pleasant and definitely an asset to the hotel. Only thing I really did not like was the bathrooms. The space was tiny and having a small bathtub in such a small space is highly impractical and dangerous when getting in and out of a wet surface. I think the hotel knows this as there were handle bars on the wall where you get off as the space between the slope of the tub and glass partion did not leave much space to navigate. Older folks and people bigger in stature should be careful. The air conditioner seem to work better early hours of the morning than in the night. Most often we kicked the covers off when going to sleep but pulled it up later on..maybe some temperature control mechanisms. Great for those who run cold but not so great for people like me who like going to sleep when the room is nice and cold.
