I had a great stay at this hotel. Room was clean and big. Hotel facilities were well maintained. The check-in and check-out process was smooth. YZ at the desk, very friendly and professional. The overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing.
I found that the people that I encountered were friendly professional,also the food was good! Chef Jiayli B Jorn,Quan,Cathy, Jeffrey and Vivian. This is my first time in Singapore, and also in his hotel, and I truly enjoyed the education about some of the food that I never had but again the courtesy, professionalism and
love that they have for what they do again thank you.
Great location, amenities are good, staff are great
We recently hosted a private singles mixer for around 30 pax at their restaurant at level 24 (il cielo), and had a great experience overall. The setting was lovely and worked really well for our group, but what stood out most was the service and support from the team.
A special thank you to Veejay, who was incredibly helpful, accommodating and attentive throughout the event. He and the rest of the team made sure everything ran smoothly and were always quick to assist whenever we needed anything. Their warmth and professionalism made hosting a large group much easier for us.
We really appreciated the hospitality and all the support leading up to and during the event. Thank you to the il Cielo team for taking such good care of us and our guests!

The worst hotel stay , the room was so small for the value for money , the fridge was was not even freezing the food so I contacted the receptionist for the problem and they fixed it barely, when there is water in the floor of the bathroom it won't get sink in so I throw some towels on the floor to suck the water out , the room insulation was poorly done , the robes and the bed was stained with dirt and for the bed they try to hide it so it won't be seen
Always an amazing visit. Within the central area of SG. Superb friendly staff, particularly the Lounge Manger and her staff [ Josephine, Jo, Michelle and Sujen]. Rooms are very clean [Thanks Vanu!]. Breakfast and dinning area amazing with good cultural selection of foods for all. Location great, central for business and shopping, bars and restaurants. All in all an excellent consistent stay.

Although the hotel is as old as me but is well kept and clean. Every staff members were helpful and friendly and special thanks to Ismail at the Reception who tried his best in seeing our preferences and needs.
We really enjoyed our time at the Club Lounge from the service to food and every staff members makes us feel like home 😊
Will be back for our next staycation!

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and had a very pleasant experience. The location was convinent, getting around is very easy. YZ at the front desk, who was incredibly patient and professional throughout my stay. She took the time to answer my questions and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was clean and well maintained. Housekeeping did a great job too.

There's a kids pool which my 5 year old child enjoyed very much.
The bed was very comfortable and I have a good night's sleep. Room size is decent for Singapore.
Location is also quite good at the middle of Orchard Road.
