Die Lage war gut. Zugang zur Lounge. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Abholung vom Cruise Terminal funktionierte nicht. Premium Club Zimmer keine Schränke für Wäsche, nur ein Eisenständer mit Kleiderbügel. Somit nur aus dem Koffer gelebt. Duschen sehr gefährlich für ältere Leute. Nach Ausflügen wollten wir noch etwas trinken. Um 22:30 Uhr wurde abkassiert, Bar wird geschlossen. Für ein angeblich fünf Sternehotel fanden wir das unmöglich.

Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and will stay again.
Pros:

The staffs were extremely helpful, attentive and willing to offer assistance where they can. The bed was comfortable and definitely preferred higher floor.
The location is superb, less than 5mins walk to ION shopping mall and Orchard MRT.

Cons:

The shower cubicle is a little bit too dark due to lighting. Otherwise. All good.

Perfect stay in central Singapore
Pros:

Me and the kids like everything about the property… its central location - walking distance to orchard road and to MRT which can take you to any area in Singapore. The property was exquisitely clean and the staff were professional and friendly. We were in VOCO Dubai in 2022, therefore we chose the hotel. Never disappoint. Thanks for taking care of us.
