Location great. Felt fancy. Staff in the lift lobby that anticipated our needs ie check out.
Check in staff had a can’t be bothered attitude. Most likely tired? Didn’t really explain anything like amenities or dining options available. When I asked what time check out was, I was handed an info sheet and told to proceed to lifts.
I had just about given up on Hilton after a couple of reason bad experiences at other places, but I have to say that the customer service at the Hilton Sydney was really outstanding. I received texts from the staff during my day asking how everything was going and if I needed anything. Everyone was so helpful and it is a great location so definitely a great place to stay in central Sydney.
the water filter in the room was nice and the tv was great.
room was nice but the bed wasnt 100% comfortable and had a dip in it. the breakfast was so average. the pool was underground with low ceilings then had really dirty sauna's.
as well as this a price was told to me then a few minutes later it had jumped up before i could even book, i was later incorrectly charged as well as there were additional fees that weren't explained. parking also ripped me
