Very good excited to stay again
Pros:

both the lounge and Glass Brasserie were great even though they were not aware we had lounge access but that was quickly remedied. Really enjoyed the live music at the Marble bar. Fantastic way to start the evening.

Cons:

Could do with access to oat milk in the lounge without having to ask and then only having soy. Broken shower. Room not serviced on friday either. Zeta bar asking us to leave the rooftop afyer we had just purchased a drink and waited till after 10pm to gain access because of private function.

Pleasant accomodation in a perfect location for my business event. Breakfast, sta
Pros:

The breakfast was good with plenty of options.
Location was good and on the same property as my business event
Staff were really good including cleaners and hospitality staff

Cons:

Very tight fit in the room with 2 single beds if sharing with work colleague. I would have put the small table and armchair near the window rather than cramped between bathroom and bed.
The lifts were a little slow to arrive on ground floor but quicker from room to ground floor
Need a lock on the bathroom door or a privacy sign. Earl grey tea bags would be good but they do have them and breakfast😉

Wonderful solo work stay
Pros:

Room was very comfy, the bed was huge and I had a great nights sleep. After moving from Ace Hotel where I couldn't sleep this was so welcome.
Water filter tap in the room is such a great idea.
Gym and spa use attached is a brilliant addition.
Location can't be beaten.
Loved the selection of hand soaps and toiletries.
Huge TV.
Comfy for a lone traveller.

Cons:

Carpet was a little dirty.

Good hotel but missed the chance to be really great.
Pros:

Room was good
Lifts were slow and waiting times high. Seems as though all the lifts were not working.

Cons:

Check out time of 11 am too early and was not highlighted . The staff granted me another hour to my check out time but I did not like the way it was done.

Was nice, but I feel has gone downhill
Pros:

As always the room was clean and the in room dining food and buffet breakfast were delicious.

Cons:

Sorry Hilton not liking that you don’t continue to serve scone with Jam and Cream at least in the Executive Lounge from 1pm to 4pm, if I stay again I’ll just go with a regular room as it is not worth it anymore. The staff were 50/50, some were very lovely and some were very rude. In particular there was a lovely lady trying to get our bags to our room, she wasn’t too sure on how to do go about this, and the person behind the desk was too busy doing something, looked at us with a disgust look on his face and said to lady to do it herself. I thought with every business it should be customers first.

Pros:

Great location. Very comfortable bed. Good facilities

Cons:

Very overpriced. Booked last minute at 4pm and cost was close to $900 for the most basic tiny room + parking $ on top of that. Raising prices because there is a concert on is not good customer service. Room is normally 400-$500.

Hotel Sydney Wonderful Four Nights
Pros:

Location across from the Victoria Building and in the central business district was excellent. Staff was excellent.

Cons:

The pool area was closed for maintenance our 4 nights there and we had hoped to take a few hour break with our travel buddies there one afternoon.

Disappointing sleep experience
Pros:

Location in the center with lots of shops and restaurants around. Easy access to the circular quay area by public transportation that stops very close to hotel.

Cons:

Despite being a deluze room it was tiny. More importantly our sleeping experience was really bad. Room temperature is set to 22 degrees celsius. You can temporary lower the thermostate to 18.5 but after less than an hour it jumps back to 22 degrees. During the night the airco turns of for no reason and temperature rises to 24 degrees. For some people this temperature might be fine for us, coming from a colder country it is not. Add to this that the bed sheets have a high polyester content and the sleep experience was horrible. The climate setting can typically be adjusted in the building management system but staff nodded friendly but dit not take any meaningdul action except offering a fan. Which adds noise and does not lower the temperature. Next visti we will book a bnb that offers more space and allows you to control the sleeping experience.
