We liked everything our preferred hotel when we are traveling
There wasn't anything we didn't like
The only problem with this hotel was that the room was noisy. Namely, I could clearly hear conversations in the next room, and traffic noise was also noticeable. This was in stark contrast to the superbly sound-proofed rooms of the Kansai International Airport Nikko Hotel, where I stayed the next night.
Just a short walk to the domestic airport and train. Close to krusty Creams and MacDonald's. Breakfast is pretty good.

Difficulty getting refund for breakfast. It hadn't been explained to us that when we said yes to 2 breakfasts when we checked in that these were ngoing automatically on our bill.
