Sadly disappointing.
Pros:

Good location amd breakfast was nice. Bedroom area was tidy and well presented.

Cons:

Stayed in family room. Whilst room was nice the bathroom was mouldy, taps did not work properly, bathroom floor has previous guest public hair in corners of bathroom and previous guest food was still in fridge. Also at 8.20am notified staff of blood all overfro of lobby bathroom toilet and an hourlater my child went i amd access wasstill available to that toileta hadn't been cleaned or even locked to others whilst awaiting cleaner. For over $500 a night this was disappointing even though staff at front removed our breakfast bill. Sadly i fi this not up to Novatel name or standard.

We were given a room by both the main road & the lifts which meant we got virtually no sleep during our stay. The hotel was very expensive & not worth tge money

Great Location & Great Staff led to a Great Stay (8 days)
Pros:

Staff were incredible, could not do enough when called to help.

Cons:

Be great if the pool was heated / available all year round, we were there in January and at times it was still too cold. Typical small condo pool (its shared with the condos)

Welcoming, fast, and easy to get to the international
Pros:

Close to the airport, easy to find, close to some food options plus has its own restaurant.

Cons:

Parking drop off can be challenging with shuttles, otherwise it was fine (plus it wasn’t that hard just some more wrangling and walking)

Pros:

Terrible cheap and nasty. Breakfast unhygienic communal margarine revolting. Bathroom dangerously slippery bed uncomfortable. Needs refurbishing. Don’t stay

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean

Cons:

It was a little further from the airport than anticipated and not able to walk there because lack of paths. They made up for it with a courtesy shuttle bus!

Cons:

Where the air conditioning unit blew Outwood was very dirty the bath and sink were also stained. Also charging $12 per person for the shuttle (one way) for what is a 0.5 mile
Journey is very high !
