Pros:

Lake view was excellent. We were upgraded to queen beds at no charge which was very much appreciated. Staff were very friendly.

Cons:

There was an issue with the toilet not flushing properly, which I'm sure was fixed after we reported it at checkout.

Everything was ok.
Pros:

The location was great! Check in was easy. Everything was clean. Staff was nice. Breakfast buffet was great, lots of choices!

Cons:

I was in a balcony room and it was cold even with the heat cranked up as high as it would go. Was expensive for what it was.

Westin harbour castle never disappoints
Pros:

Holy, words can’t describe how nice this hotel is. Beautiful view, amazing staff, nice restaurants. Primo location.

Cons:

Expensive, but every hotel in downtown Toronto is outrageous. It was actually a fair price considering. However it did cost me almost 3 days wage lol.

Pros:

Extremely clean, friendly staff beds and pillows were exceptional. Breakfast was terrific. don Alfonso restaurant was beautiful and food amazing!

Nice stay, delayed check in
Pros:

We had some trouble at check in, the computers went down and our check in was delayed a few hours. Seemed a little chaotic at the front desk, took a while to get situated so we waisted a lot of time. Otherwise no complaints, had a nice comfortable stay. Enjoyed meals on site and near by walking distance there are options. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. Would stay here again.
