La atención y amabilidad de algunos miembros del personal en el restaurante, del room service y de la entrada al hotel .También me gustó el desayuno, muy completo y variado.
1. Me cobraron casi 20 dólares por el servicio de internet cuando me habían asegurado en la recepción que se incluía dentro de la tarifa, como ocurre en todos los hoteles.
2.Se tiene que hacer fila para entrar al restaurante a desayunar cuando hay bastantes mesas disponibles pero se demoran mucho haciendo la limpieza de las mesas. Es el único hotel en el que he estado en donde he tenido que hacer fila para entrar a desayunar.
3. Tienen muy controlada la disposición para ciertos platos del buffet. Toca hacer una larga fila para pedir los huevos. No se dispone de café y leche libremente sino que se debe pedir a los meseros.
4. Habíamos dejado dispuesto para que limpiaran la habitación en la mañana y cuando regresamos no habían hecho la limpieza. Cuando llegó la persona a hacer la limpieza, solo le comenté que habíamos quitado el aviso de No molestar para que hicieran la limpieza en la mañana y la empleada me contestó molesta: "Pero estamos viniendo a limpiar ahora". No fue por iniciativa del hotel sino porque llamamos a pedir el aseo de la habitación, especialmente porque habíamos pedido servicio de comida a la habitación y necesitábamos que recogieran los platos y restos de comida.
5. La actitud del personal de la recepción, poco amable.
6. Al hacer check out no me iban a dar la factura, la tuve que pedir impresa y el recepcionista se demoró varios minutos en entregármela en un sobre, pude verla después y en ese momento me di cuenta que me cobraron casi 20 dólares por el servicio de internet.
7. El lobby es muy ruidoso y concurrido, no se siente ninguna privacidad al ingresar al hotel, no me quedó claro si el hotel estaba dentro de un centro comercial.

Great location and views from the harbour facing rooms. Great indoor leisure facilities. Good breakfast, and food allergies were taken very seriously which we appreciated.
The property 'could not guarantee' a cot for my baby, who was listed as a guest, which means we had to bring out own cot to ensure the baby had somewhere to sleep. Was told cots are provided on a 'first come first served' basis and could not be reserved upon booking. This is unacceptable in my opinion, for a hotel that prides themselves on being child friendly from 0+ years.
