Enorm, van alle gemakken voorzien, onpersoonlijk, hotel
Pros:

Hotel van vele faciliteiten voorzien.
Top 360 graden restaurant / bar op de 38e verdieping(glazen lift hierheen is tof, jammer dat het niet aan de waterkant zit).
Zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet, personeel hier is heel aardig.
Ruime kamer, met 2 queensizebedden. Niet gehorig. Koffers kunnen makkelijk op de grond liggen. We zouden meerzicht hebben, dit was zij aanzicht, dus niet heel veel zicht.
Dichtbij heb je de ferry, maar nog beter, watertaxi’s naar de eilanden.

Cons:

Gigantisch groot, niet heel persoonlijk. Blijkbaar verwachten ze dat je met de auto aankomt, wij kwamen met de trein en het laatste stukje te voet, moesten we de auto oprit gebruiken met onze grote koffers! Hotel is toegangkelijk via enorme trappen. Toen we weggingen was er wel een uitgang voor koffers / mindervaliden, maar dat was niet gebruikelijk.
De spa hebben we nooit gevonden. Bij het zwembad werden de kleedruimten nauwelijks bijgehouden. Sauna was ronduit vies. Dynamische prijzen, opeens moesten we in een druk weekend bijna 2 keer zoveel voor onze kamer betalen! Terwijl we bij booking geboekt hadden! We vonden het behoorlijk prijzig.

性价比还是不错的酒店
Pros:

我们定的湖景房，风景好。楼下就是码头，很方便搭游船过去湖心岛。早餐不错。房间和洗手间也大，床睡起来很舒服，我最喜欢的是洗手间灯光明亮，真的是一分钱一分货。酒店有其他设施的，但由于我们时间紧，没有用到。

Cons:

可能因为是旅游旺季，房间清洁的比较晚，我们已经是下午超过4点以后才到达酒店，还不能马上给房间给我们。还有更重要的一点，我们当初订的是湖景房，价格是高一点的，一开始前台想给另外一间房给我们，可能前台以为我们是在酒店官网订的房间吧。我多问了一句是湖景房吗？经过沟通，前台才发现是通过第三方（Booking 订的房间）预定，后来前台还是很负责地给了我们一间湖景房。我觉得这方面酒店应该要注意才行，毕竟游客是多付了房费的。

L’hôtel est super bien situé. Le service est excellent. Nous avions accès aux attractions autour à 15 minutes de marche. Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour. J’y retournerais certainement

Unacceptable Quality for the Price – Severely Overpriced and Poorly Maintained
Cons:

Due to a last-minute host cancellation from a previous booking, we had to urgently book this place coming from Vancouver for a weekend concert. However, the quality was drastically overpriced and unacceptable. We paid around $1,900 CAD including tax for a two-night stay (Fri-Sat), averaging nearly $800 a night for an unrenovated room. The soundproofing was non-existent so we could hear everything from the neighboring room, and the carpet had a foul odor. Absolutely not worth the price, and I would never stay here again.
