Breakfast buffet not particularly great for a hotel of this standard.
Noisy open foyer, so bar and dining area subjected to this noise when busy. Needs some work to the acoustics to reduce noises bouncing around.

Good hotel with good facilities in harbourfront location
Pros:

Very nice hotel with good facilities.Rooms were spacious & comfortbale beds with a good size bathroom.Staff were al;l very friendly & helpful.

Cons:

Lifts waiting times sometimes could be long as at least 2 of the lifts were out of order during our stay

Excellent!
Pros:

Excellent hotel! One of best I’ve ever stayed overall. Has nice area for kids. Breakfast buffet is delicious. Staff is kind and attentive without being pushy or making you feel like you’re being watched all the time.

Cons:

Rooms are a bit outdated, could you some refresh.
