Great place for business when the event is on site. Good location close to the venue for the concert as well. Went to Su

Super practical to be disposed to the event that was hosted at the hotel. The gym is quite functional and got free rates as well as barbell.

Cons:

I wish the bathroom door was not that close to the toilet and the sink. It was not empty to get out of the shower.

Spectacular View of Lake Ontario
Pros:

Westin Harbour Castle has the wonder view of Lake Ontario. The hotel is upscale, and the team members are very friendly and knowledgeable. Our room was very comfortable and very clean, and with a spectacular lake view which allows to relax and enjoy this entire trip. There is a beautiful walk path that follows the lake. We had breakfast buffet at Mizzen restaurant. There were plenty choices of fruits and made to order omelet selections. We definitely highly recommend this hotel.

A Nice Stay on the Lakefront
Pros:

This hotel was perfectly situated right on the waterfront, close to transit and the ferry. We were put in an adjoining room first, which are not soundproofed and we could hear our neighbors entire conversation! Thankfully we were moved to a much more quiet separate room with a better view. The beds were very comfortable - we stayed for 8 nights and I had no back pain! The staff were great, and the free e-bike rentals was a bonus. I wish there had been weekend access to the business office, and the breakfast prices are out of control. Overall it was a great stay! Make sure to ask for no adjoining room.

Great location, nice hotel and great staff except for the check out.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is fantastic and so convenient, we loved that.
The staff was very nice and helpful especially at breakfast so overall a very enjoyable experience.

Cons:

Really disappointed for the check out experience: we were told to put the pin of the card on the keyboard but no amount was showing.
When we asked why we were told that the invoice would be sent by email and that was it, the employee at the desk was not interested in anything else.
After a few minutes waiting for the invoice, I went back and asked for a printed version to be sure it was correct and discovered that it wasn’t so I had to go back for a third time to have the item removed.
By then our Uber had arrived and we were delayed and charged extra for that.
I should have seen the invoice and been able to check it before paying it like in any other situation.
Very disappointing.

Noisy open foyer, so bar and dining area subjected to this noise when busy. Needs some work to the acoustics to reduce noises bouncing around.
