Pros:

We loved the view of Lake Ontario. The room was great and quiet. The location amazing and close to everything we were looking for. The ambience of the hotel and location were on point and perfect. We loved being able to walk along the water and also be close tie great restaurants.

La chambre était très confortable. L'emplacement de l'hôtel près du port donne un accès rapide au centre-ville ainsi qu'au ferry. La vue de la chambre sur une partie du port était sympa. Le service de voiturier a parfaitement fonctionné. Excellent petit déjeuner.

Cons:

D'autres clients nous ont dit qu'il y avait un petit incendie la veille de notre séjour. Pour cette raison plusieurs ascenseurs ne fonctionnaient pas. Personne ne nous a prévenu que plusieurs ascenseurs ne marchaient pas. Le temps d'attente pour monter à l'étage de notre chambre était considérable. Vu le standing et les tarifs de l'hôtel, une information à ce sujet aurait été appréciée lors du check-in.

Almost perfect
Pros:

Great service by smiling staff. Yummy room service. Beautiful pool and hot tub room with a fantastic view. Comfy king size bed.Great food.

Cons:

Room was drafty. Had to keep the curtains closed witch was a shame as we had a corner suite. Room really needs a second chair by the table for room service for 2. The marble floor in the bathing was freezing, the new constructed wood floor was very cold as well.

Ok after first night change of room. Very pricey for the quality.

The first night after arriving at midnight I was given a room on level 5 right next to the lift well. I was told it was a beautiful room recently renovated. Not only did the constant lift bells and chatter keep me up all night but when I complained they said yes that level is a service area so is noisy! So why did they put me there in first place.
Day 3 fire on upper level so only 2 of 6 lifts working. Took a long time to get out.
