部屋が静か高速道路、幹線道路に近いが、部屋は交通の騒音を感じない。 高台にあり眺めが良い。 駐車場からジョギングコースがありそれはたいへん良い。畑と村があり地元の様子に触れられた。
空港へのシャトルバス利用にスマートホンでコード入力が必要です。これが必要である理由が理解できない。面倒なだけとの印象。

The perks of this hotel are the proximity to the airport, convenient shuttle service to and from the airport (for a small fee), and the executive lounge (limited offerings but what was offered was good). The breakfast buffet is also included as a Diamond and it was a great selection of foods.
The room was definitely a negative. Our original room was not available as the person in the room had not left? So we were put in a “family room” which was technically an upgrade but it was on the first floor (felt really dark and dungeony), was very outdated, and came with a sofa bed that had a filthy mattress pad/mattress and no bedding for my son to sleep on. After a trip to the front desk a very kind maid came to get us fresh bedding for the sofa bed and it was fine but the whole experience just left us a bit grossed out.
The hotel served its purpose as we wanted to be close to the airport before our flight, however I would be hesitant to stay again and would definitely caution others that it is in no way a 4 star experience so lower your expectations.

The staff were friendly. The executive lounge was a nice perk and they had a reliable airport shuttle, although for the price of the room that should have been complementary.
It’s a little dated and bed was very hard.

I paid for breakfast and wasn’t allowed to have breakfast before checking out. Also some areas were not clean

The location was very close to the airport which was handy. However, though we were given a room on the "quiet" side of the hotel, it was noisy, with lots motorcycles whizzing by throughout the night.
Very small bathroom, noisy and not well-appointed executive lounge
We stayed her for 3 nights. I will use the prices in USD for this review. The location is convenient for the airport ($25 for cab, hotel has shuttle service for $6.50 each way, but have to reserve and runs every 30-60 minutes), not so good for downtown, a 20 minute ride, expect more at rush hour, and anywhere from $25-$35 one way, Uber works best for this. The hotel staff are very good. The rooms are good sized, but need updating, the ceiling paint in our bathroom was peeling and the sink was cracked. There is a executive lounge just behing the restaurant, the offerings are so-so, beer on tap, wine, and a few snacks. It is a quiet setting, and you can take your drink right into the restaurant. The restaurant is the low point of this facility. I get that Zurich is the most expensive city in the world. Club sandwich $40, ditto for hamburger. There is an expensive buffet with food that is cafeteria quality at best with chicken curry and some sort of fish as the only two main choices. Salad bar is OK. I ordered the Swiss veal with mushrooms and hash browns off the menu, a national specialty, and it was not good at all, small pieces of cut up veal that were tough and flavorless. (The identical dish in the Swiss air airport lounge was 10 times better). There are no really convienent or close restaurants, I suggest if you go into town, eat there before you come back. You get what you get with an airport hotel, but this one was a bit of a dissapointment.
