They must also allow us to buy the shuttle ticket for the whole week instead of being required to buy one for every trip. It’s such an inconvenience.

Customer service was brilliant asian gentlemen called George check me in that day he was so brilliant cant find any fault in the service he delivered. Its sad that we can only rate maximum upto 5* but his service deserves more than that .
