Suffisant pour notre objectif sans plus.

Chambre avec porte communicante donc mauvaise isolation phonique.
Mobilier de chambre vieillot.
Petit-déjeuner bien triste pour ce standing. Manque de place.
Décoration inexistante. Rien de moderne et d'accueillant.

Nice place to stay when your flight is canceled
Pros:

Close to the airport. Products in bathroom were very nice.

Cons:

Elevator was far from check-in. Also the shower/bathtub really needs a grab bar for safety. I had my husband stand by it as I stepped out and even with his help I slipped and have a large bruise on my leg. Tub side is very high - and I’m not a short person.

The room was clean and bed comfortable but cannot say we enjoyed our stay at this property as very busy and noisy.
Pros:

Hotel was close to airport. Reception staff very helpful. Lady running restaurant was very kind.

Cons:

When we arrived were informed we were upgraded to an Executive room over looking carpark as more quiet. We had asked for twin beds but got one bed instead. Bathroom was one of the smallest bathrooms we had ever used with shower in bath which being nearly 70 found hard to get in and out without help. I was afraid I would slip and hit myself on glass shower panel which folded back. Hotel had a large party of Fiat 500 convention which started their cars up in the carpark about 8am in the morning and had music blaring, so cannot see why we were put in this room overlooking the carpark as this room was not quiet.
Hotel bar was staffed by two young people who did not seem happy in their work. The young guys clothes looked untidy. He did not seem in a hurry to serve us but seemed ok to serve other people.

A Comfortable and Convenient Stay Near Zurich Airport
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at the Hilton Zurich Airport. The location is extremely convenient if you wish to stay close to the airport, or even if you are travelling by car and prefer to park outside the city while exploring Zurich.

The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, and our room was comfortable and spacious, although nothing particularly fancy. We were offered a special upgrade that included access to the Executive Lounge and complimentary breakfast the next morning, which was a nice addition to our stay. The breakfast spread was excellent, especially the delicious selection of fresh breads.
The hotel is surrounded by greenery and, thanks to its elevated location, offers interesting views of aircraft approaching Zurich Airport. Despite being an airport hotel, the surroundings felt surprisingly pleasant and peaceful.

Our only minor disappointment was the rather expensive open-air parking, especially considering the hotel’s location outside the city centre.

Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay with friendly service, a great breakfast, and a convenient location. We would happily stay here again!

Nice stay
Pros:

Room is spacious and quiet. While dated, it was well maintained and the (small) bedroom was newer. The workspace with height-adjustable chair and four different power sockets is very nice, though the table form was more design than practical. While there's a table lamp it was not working and sadly not fixed several days after reporting it. Room was clean. Only basic Wifi is free and rather slow (1-8 depending on the hour), additionally some site block the ip and you need to login or switch to your smartphone (e.g. YouTube). TV had no streaming apps installed so it was not usable for Netflix.

The food was good, but service was always slow no matter how busy it was. It's also annoying that no microwave was available and that the kiosk was expensive and sometimes not working.

Pros:

The rooms and restaurant was nice. Not the best food, but ok.

Cons:

We arrived at the hotel with our three children two hours after the official check-in time, but our room was still not ready. In addition, I had emailed the hotel in advance to request that a baby cot be prepared in our room before our arrival. Unfortunately, it was not there, and we had to spend extra time arranging for it after checking in.
