Rude reception staff
Pros:

The bar and restaurant staff were lovely.

Cons:

The reception staff were completely rude and unhelpful. I will not be returning due to this experience

Dårlig valuta for pengene. Dårlig beliggenhet, overpriset restaurant og bar. Meget dårlig luft.

Frokosten var ok.

Cons:

Det var edderkopper over alt. I lobby, bar, restaurant og på rom. Utsiden av vindu på rom var et stort edderkoppnett med mange store edderkopper. Vindu kunne ikke åpnes.
AC var bare crap. Ingen kjøling eller luft. Dette står virkelig ikke i stil med Hilton…

Pros:

Die Zimmer waren - wie gewünscht - beieinander liegend, das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen und die Lage des Hotels war hervorragend. Das Personal war hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Alles in allem ein gelungener und schöner Aufenthalt.

Wir würden dort nie wieder einchecken !!!!
Pros:

Die Nähe zur Altstadt und die Verkehrsanbindung. Die Hotelterrasse direkt am Rhein .

Cons:

Extrem schlechte Zimmer , sowohl von der Ausstattung , alte Möbel und alter Teppich mit unendlichen vielen Flecken. Badewanne statt Dusche mit sehr schlechten Einstiegs-und Ausstiegsmöglichkeiten ( bin 74 Jahre alt ) !!! Unendlich langer Weg von der Rezeption bis zu unseren Zimmern! Fensterfronten waren überall verdreckt, und im Speisesaal war bei einer verschlossenen Tür sogar ein dickes Spinnengewebe! Unser Wunsch ein andres Zimmer zu bekommen, wurde nicht entsprochen !
