Wie immer alles super,wir fahren jetzt seit ein paar Jahren mehrmals im Jahr nach Mainz ins Hilton Für uns das schönste hotel ever. Das Personal ist durchweg super nett und erfüllt alle Wünsche.

Leider sehr unfreundliches Personal im Restaurant
Dafür sehr zuvorkommend beim Ein-Aus checken am Empfang
Essen von der Karte war nicht mehr vorrätig, dies wurde aber erst 15 min nach der Bestellung mitgeteilt
Das Essen wurde teilweise falsch serviert (Nachbartische) und dann direkt an den richtigen Tisch gebracht
Das Essen wurde leider teilweise lauwarm serviert
Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel passte die Qualität des Restaurantes definitiv nicht ( war hoffentlich nur eine Momentaufnahme/ ein Ausnahmetag

The setting on the river is beautiful.

Cons:

I think your carpets in the passages of the Domwing are ready for a replacement. We had room 2349 - the furthest room in the corner overlooking a stone roof - I would not recommend this room.
