Great staff and clean location!
Pros:

Location and the breakfast was very good!

Cons:

The bed was a little uncomfortable and the pillows were way to soft!

I will definitely use this hotel when I return to Saint John.
Pros:

Room was nice and clean though the mattress could use a turning.
The restaurant/bar area is situated at the rear of the property overlooking the water, great view!
The food was quite good and the wine list had multiple options.

Cons:

The bed was “tired”, it sagged and I ended up sleeping with my head at the foot position, that’s why I suggested the mattress “turning or flipping”.

We would definitely return again!!
Pros:

We loved this hotel!! We took time to enjoy the pool (although it was very cold) and had a quick workout in the morning before leaving.

Cons:

Sadly, we couldn’t try the breakfast as we’re both plant based with dairy allergies but the menu looked wonderful. Also having to pay for parking but it is underground and connects directly to the hotel. That was nice in the rainy weather.

A nice, comfortable stay for one night
Pros:

Staff were extremely helpful! The pool area was clean and my little one had a blast! The included breakfast was delicious and provided a huge variety of options!

Cons:

When checking in, I was asked to pay even though I paid for the room online. When checking out, they.told me I was free to go and when I asked about the additional deposit refund I was told it was already refunded but it wasn’t. The elevator system is pretty bad. The room was also pretty dusty and the thermostat didn’t work, but we were only there for a night so it wasn’t a big deal.

The facility is quite outdated. We had to move to another room because the wind was blowing through the window and the sealing was poor, so we couldn’t get the room temperature to a comfortable level even with the heating at maximum settings. The full breakfast did not offer many choices, but it was still good enough. All in all, we paid a discounted price due to the season; otherwise, it would have felt like a bit of a mismatch for the value.
