The locations and the view of the harbour plus the staff were lovely if a little overwhelmed - see below

Cons:

It is a tired hotel and needs a complete refurb - that said it was clean and everyone was obviously trying to do their best.
The breakfast was very busy, the staff were doing their best but the amount and quality the food was lacking.

Worn/dirty, don’t usually nit pick but I thought about asking for a different room.
Pros:

I loved the location and the staff were phenomenal. Especially the breakfast waitresses, they work so hard!

Cons:

The room felt worn even though it was clean, the shower grout felt dirty. The wallpaper looks shoddy and the headboard was damaged/peeling. The air vent had visible large dust bunnies and the metal on plate looked dirty.

Pros:

Centrally located, spacious room, free breakfast with hot food with good servers who noticed my disability and pointed us toward a closer table to the buffet and they also helped a blind gentleman with his food

Cons:

Room was old and worn down, towel rack on the bathroom was coming out of the wall, bathroom floor looked gross even though it was clean

L'emplacement est parfaite, face au port, propreté de la chambre, on a vue une tache de sang sur une couverture, pense que ça fessait un boute quelle était la, aucune serviette a la salle de bain .. une qui était déplier , demander vers les 3h00 pour des serviette pour 4 personne, reçu vers 8h00 le soir, on fait un dégâts dans la chambre,
