Bien situé, mais chambre humide
Pros:

Bel hôtel, très bien situé dans la ville.
Le petit déjeuner inclus est un bel avantage!

Cons:

La chambre 710 était très humide, la salle de bain avait beaucoup d’humidité, ça sentait à travers toute le chambre.
Lits défoncés au centre et très mous.

Great location and accommodations on Saint John waterfront
Pros:

This is the perfect location for being on the waterfront and to easily walk and enjoy Saint John’s historic centre. Hotel reception staff made us feel welcome and got us checked in easily, even giving us an upgrade to a waterfront view! The room was large and had everything needed - a good working shower, comfortable bed and two chairs for sitting. We had a quiet and restful stay here and the staff were friendly and happy to help. The included breakfast provided hot and cold options, easily enough to keep you going. City underground parking with direct connection to hotel was very convenient.

Old hotel which needs good ole cleaning in corners! Adequate for quick overnight stay.
Pros:

First night a/c did not work which was fixed promptly. Not enough towels for 4ppl. After 2 requests, received 2 bath towels only. Hotel staff were informed and were told they would upgrade our room for the next night and give free parking. We did receive free parking for 1 night, the upgrade was the exact same room next floor up🫤

Cons:

Evening Restaurant staff ignored us and waited on people whom came in after us, we waited almost 20 minutes to be waited on drinks and appetizer were fine. Breakfast staff were right on top of their job, breakfast buffet was good.

Great location - very mediocre hotel
Pros:

Decor and facilities need to be updated and refurbished. I'm sure it was quite nice 20 years ago. By way of example, the thermal pane window seal in my room had ruptured thus ruining by view of the harbour and Bay of Fundy.
Services in terms of the restaurant and room service are very limited. Bottled water wasn't even provided--it had to be purchased at the front desk. Snacks and beverages for purchase in the lobby were limited and poorly displayed.
It's a great location but would benefit from stronger management and ownership. It's got an economy chain feel to it but without contemporary decor.
