Pros:

I like the location of the hotel, the Harbour view and the access to parking connected to the hotel.

Cons:

My husband didn't like the cold temperatue of the room. We had it set on 80⁰F but it was still cold. We couldn't even turn it off.

Staying good, but payment feeling not good
Pros:

It is better to start breakfast at 6:00am, not 6:30am because we want to go Ferry terminal by driving the car around 6:30am and no time to get breakfast which included in our booking.

Cons:

When I booked the room from Booking.com platform , the HST-room is 15%, but when I paied on site the HST-room is 15.53%. Also, the city fee ( MAT tax) I paid on site is higher than what I got from Booking platform. I don't know why ?

Besides from the pool, our stay was amazing.
Pros:

The staff was amazing, extremely helpful.
Great view, room was fantastic.
The beds where very comfortable

Cons:

The pool area needs to be cleaned daily with fresh towels. There was never any towels and the surface around the deck was never cleaned.

Nice hotel, with nice view of the harbor, nice and close to the ferry.

For what is rated a 5 star hotel, I would give it 3 at most.
