The staff are great, the state of the hotel however, is a disgrace.
Pros:

The staff were great, good location too. Everything else was awful.

Cons:

Filthy room carpets/paintwork/walks/windows, slanted uncomfortable bed, and central heating not working in our room. Worst place we’ve ever stayed!

Decent hotel for short stays
Pros:

Great location with a 24 hrs reception. Breakfast decent value for money with a good choice.
Bedroom was ok but a little small with a poor layout, desk blocks from getting around the bed properly.

Cons:

Bedroom a little to small.

La struttura è vicina alla stazione e alla via principale. È bene servita e lo staff è stato molto gentile.

Cons:

Le dimensioni della camera erano un po' piccole e l'arredo un po' vecchio. In alcuni casi fatiscente. Per una notte sola va bene.

Good hotel but little run down
Pros:

Staff were helpful and friendly. Complimentary snacks was a nice touch. Bed comfortable.

Cons:

The constant clicking noise coming from the radiator that kept us awake most of the night. Hole in side of bed, jammed window that doesnt open much
