Good location, was clean enough and staff were friendly
Room looked like it was falling apart, tried to open the window but could barely do that and the bed wasn’t the comfiest
The staff were very helpful, friendly and professional at all times!
No complaints what so ever refund good breakfast and dinner at night is OK as been here a few times no complaints staff are all nice and helpfull
Everything OK no complaints what so ever
Great location,👍
Just a few plugs ☹️
Joy on reception was an absolute delight. Easy, quick check-in all with her beautiful smile.
Breakfast was delicious. Hot foods replaced often and cold meats, fruits etc plentiful.
The bath filled vey quickly and plenty of hot water.
Handy with buses, the underground and two train stations.
The room is quite small, but didn't really need much more.
Although the window did open, we did find it very hot/stuffy.
Right close to everything. Straight in the front door and up the lift. None of those judgemental states from receptionists.
The room you couldn’t swing a cat in. There’s a desk with the tv on… and a chair. The rooms that small you can’t pull the chair out. There was pubes on the toilet seat… stains on the bedding and I was getting eaten alive by something. Shower wasn’t great either. The door handle for some reason kept going up and down itself, kept thinking someone was trying to break in. I’d go back if I really needed to but for £105 or whatever it was…. I could get a nicer Airbnb.
Rooms are dated but comfortable, clean, the hot water is nice and hot and the breakfast was great and good vegetarian options. It was quite noisy overnight but that’s what you get in any central location.
The location, perfect for Glasgow city centre.
They staff to a person were super friendly, especially Joy, the duty manager. She is a credit to your company.
We’d stayed here before so it wasn’t a deal breaker but the room are very small and a bit dated. No power sockets or usb ports around the bed area for example.
