Restaurant experience
Pros:

We came straight from the airport to eat lunch at the restaurant. As soon as we came in, the front desk greeted us and were super friendly. Our server at the restaurant was Bianca. She was absolutely amazing and SO attentive. Could not have asked for better service. The food was so good too!

The only thing I didn’t like about this hotel was that it didn’t have free coffee or water for the amount we paid.

Would come back!
Pros:

Cameron was our waiter and he was extremely attentive, showed care to all of us (we were a table of 16), and was quick to fix any issues. We all enjoyed our food and really enjoyed our time! Special shout out to Mary, Joey, Lauren, and John as well for all their hard work in helping our family. We appreciate you!

Top Notch Conference Hotel
Pros:

We have held our company's annual meeting at the Hilton Knoxville Airport for several years. We have developed a wonderful relationship with their long-term employees (Janine Dessez and Tiarra Knipp) who always ensure that our needs are not only met but far exceeded. No request is too much and they are a pleasure to work with - I highly recommend this hotel for any type of meeting.
