Hilton Knoxville Airport

I had to take a moment to shout out the incredible service I received today from the shuttle team, specifically Steve and Van. Traveling can be such a headache, but these guys made the transition to the hotel completely seamless and actually enjoyable.

From the second I walked out of the terminal, the coordination was spot on. Steve and Van were incredibly professional, welcoming, and on top of every detail, ensuring that I wasn't just another passenger but a valued guest. He has that rare ability to manage logistics while making everyone feel at ease.

The shuttle driver (who was equally fantastic) handled the van with expert care. The ride was smooth, the vehicle was spotless, and the conversation was great—it really felt like a premium service rather than just a quick airport transfer.

It’s rare to find a team that genuinely cares about the guest experience from the very first point of contact. If you’re staying here, you’re in great hands with Steve and the crew. They go above and beyond, and it truly sets the tone for a great stay.

Wait staff and bartender (Tina and Makala) were lovely ladies. Service great, and always a kind, Southern smile to welcome me back.

The food was amazing at coopers, and to top it off the waitress Sammantha was on point and very polite!!

Van is so kind! He drives the van. Yes, Van the van driver. He took me on a little driving tour before dropping me off to orient me with my surroundings & gave me tons of suggestions. Then he came back to pick me up & I didn’t wait long at all it was so fast! Thankful for him & his kindness.

I got stuck in Knoxville because of winter weather. Most hotels in the area had mixed reviews. I was not sure where to stay given I just needed a place for one night. As I was sitting in the airport scrolling my phone and reading reviews a kind airport employee. I wish I remembered his name, asked if I needed help. He was the same person that found a ticket for the next morning for me. He recommended I try the Hilton because I could walk there and I could get to my early flight without any issues.

I took a chance and it was a pleasant surprise given some of the negative reviews. While the hotel is a bit dated, the room was updated, clean and comfortable. The staff checked me in quickly and it was a short walk from the airport baggage claim. The shower was hot, the bed comfortable and room service from the onsite restaurant was very good. So glad I took the chance. Could be great with some updates to the room doors and overall facility but I would say this was a good choice.

The location is amazing if you were using the actual airport itself. Walking distance from the airport itself. We were not using the airport at this time. Easy location to find, nice area! The atmosphere was great everyone was so kind and friendly from front to back. Rooms were spacious and very clean. The pool was amazing and very cleaned. My son’s favorite part. If you are looking for amazing breakfast, try the buffet at Coopers! Breakfast was hot and fresh and delicious! Bianca (Bee) is a top choice server! Loved talking and socializing with her during our meal! The hostess was amazing as well ( I wish I would have caught her name as well) she went out of her way for my 5 year old son to have the bast table in the house to watch the airplanes as they made it to the runway/loading dock. A CLOSED SECTION I MIGHT ADD! It made my son’s whole experience something he won’t forget for a very long time! Bianca went out of her way to make sure we got everything we needed and even gave my son a pack of crackers for the road. (He was a little car sick) 100/10 recommend! The hotel and the restaurant. My only regret is that we weren’t their longer!

Bianca was awesome. She fixed the best omelet I have ever eaten. She checked back with us while we were dining. The hotel was very clean and the lady who checked us in helped us with shuttle arrangements.

Erica and Makayla both made the evening enjoyable, kept up with the shenanigans my group created, and maintained a sense of professionalism. Definitely worth checking out while staying.

After a long time away out of the country, we stayed here (as we often do) en route home to Va.
I’d especially like to applaud the restaurant there and the consistently warm and welcoming experiences that are so refreshing (particularly our breakfasts after a late-nite arrival😊)
The food is delicious, variety is wide and the service is always great! Any staff members there that we’ve met have been wonderful and we particularly enjoyed having Bianca’s help that morning!❤️

Bianca at the restaurant, was the absolute best person to be in contact with. She has a beautiful kind spirit. The hostess that greeted us did also.. and the chicken soup and chocolate pudding was the best!!! Thank you ladies.

Pretty standard breakfast fare, but the friendly staff is worthy of note. I was there for three days and each morning I’d have a simple eggs and pancakes breakfast. Bianca remembered me each morning and because I didn’t want breakfast meats she’d find something of value to add to the meal. Very thoughtful and very kind. All of the staff was very welcoming. This included Sammi. Their efforts were noticed and appreciated.

Due to flight cancellations via a snowstorm, I stayed 2 nights at this hotel. The room was excellent and proximity to the Airport was critical to rebook flights with assistance from ticket agents. The hot tub was superb. Also the breakfast buffet was excellent as well as the pizza special at dinner. Staff were very accommodating as many travelers were stranded.

Visited Cooper’s restaurant at the Hilton and our server, Bianca, took the best care of us while we were here awaiting our ride to pick us up.

Ate at the restaurant in the hotel. Bianca (Bee) was amazing and kind as usual. What a blessing when you’re far from home!!

Part of a working crew and got stuck here. Got hungry and headed to the restaurant downstairs. Bianca was our waitress and she was so funny and charming. Love every bit of her personality. Please ask for her when you come in.
