Breakfast was not included. We picked it because we could walk to the airport to catch a very early morning flight the next day.
We asked for a room facing the runway so we could watch planes taking off and landing. But we were given a room facing the main parking structure which is under renovation. so the room was quite noisy.

Being able to stay upon arrival from the airport at 12:30-1:00 a.m. without having to Uber home to Knoxville, TN
Stood in front of the airport pickup area for 35 minutes before a Hilton shuttle picked me up to transport me to the Hilton with 3 pieces of luggage! BUT, the person that answered the phone (when I called for a ride), at Hilton, was HATEFUL to me!! (1:20 a.m.) (Friday morning, 3/20/26), I had to call TWICE while standing outside at 1:30 in the morning alone to get help. He said if I was standing at the wrong place for pickup, I would not get picked up! I began telling him where I was…he acted like he had never been to the front of the airport🤪…Are you kidding?….and you all are the “place of stay” for those that arrive at the airport? SO HATEFUL he was….I began crying when the shuttle finally arrived around 1:40 but my driver was the BEST ever and so kind to me! I cried the whole time telling him what had happened and how RUDE the person (male) that answered the phone at the front desk, was to me. I had traveled all day from Switzerland going thru 4 airports and was treated like dirt by the front desk reception answering the phone (male)…I guess because he thought I should know where to stand out front)…I stayed there so I would not have to crawl in an Uber at 1:00 in the morning just to go home to Knoxville but I promise the next time I fly somewhere, I will for sure catch Uber and go home instead of making the mistake and staying at the Hilton for the convenience of not taking an UBER during the night. It was NOT worth the agony I went thru, the hurt, the tears, and the COSTS!!!!!
Love this hotel. We ate at coopers restaurant and lived the food and service. We had Lauren as our server and she was extremely nice and very good at her job. Service with a smile! Joey and John were the cooks and it all was delicious. The steak was cooked perfectly and was very juicy. We will def head back there very soon

This hotel is a great stay with a nice bar and restaurant with good food. All the employees have been very nice, from the front desk to the bar and restaurant. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Bianca, our waitress is a great asset to this hotel. She was so pleasant and such an attentive waitress. This is our 2nd stay here and we will be back anytime we visit our relatives who live here.
Location walking distance from the airport was great. Every single employee at this hotel was amazing! Friendly, informative, helpful, and took pricing their facility. Yummy desserts. and food at the restaurant. Also, they offer shutttle service to nearby restaurants - locally.
Our 2nd visit using meeting space and rooms. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean, comfy and quiet.
A shout out to Sammantha, our server at the restaurant. She's attentive and goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. Highly recommend the lunch buffet. It's affordable with great food and lots of choices. Desserts are worth the trip. To-go breakfast was equally tasty and priced right.

We stay here regularly now that Allegiant has direct flights to Boston. Never had a bad stay. Rooms are clean, hot water is great, the pool and bar look great but we’ve never used them, just because we try to maximize time with family outside of town and don’t have time for the hotel amenities. We love Hilton for work travel and holidays too, so the extra points are a nice bonus.
This past weekend cemented our love for the airport Hilton though. We were in town for a very distressing family funeral and I somehow booked our stay for the wrong weekend. We only realized my mistake after family dropped us off with all our things. I’m sure I looked about as gutted as I felt when we found out the hotel was fully booked and we had no room.
The manager on handled things incredibly professionally. He helped us try to find rooms at adjacent properties with shuttle buses - nothing. In the background, without making any promises, he was able to find one available room and got us in. I can’t tell you what a relief it was, after a horrible week and with a 6am flight the next morning. We’ll remember how helpful Logan was for a very long time, and my Hilton loyalty is cemented. Huge thanks to Logan Talent and the team at the Knoxville Hilton, y’all are real pros.
