The staff was amazing….super friendly and helpful!!!
My flight was delayed and the staff checked in over the phone. When I arrived I simply showed my ID and credit card and they had my key ready and waiting.
I booked the stay through a 3rd party site in conjunction with my flight and I wasn't able to use my Hilton rewards. I had to purchase bottle water instead of receiving a complimentary one. I know its a small thing but it is something I wasn't expecting.

What I did not like is that the housekeeper open the door without knocking and saw me naked in the bathroom and the hotel refused to do anything about it
No microwaves in room, microwave was dirty in common space
The stay was a very good experience. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. And the restaurant and bar is very good. Food is excellent for a hotel. And the bartender Erica did a top notch job taking care of me. I highly recommend.

Great service and great food! Bianca let me know about the buffet and the menu. I had the salad bar and ordered the quesadillas. Kitchen was lightning quick and the food was delicious!

Knows drinks, reads the room, and keeps the vibe right all night. Fast, personable, and makes everyone feel like a regular. The kind of bartender you tip extra and hope is working next time you come back.

There was a water leak in the first room and the desk clerk quickly moved our room.
Absolutely perfect! Lovely Hilton within steps of the Knoxville Airport. My flight with my granddaughter had to be changed to the next morning. I got the reservation and was treated so kindly and professionally by Noah and Marceli. They made sure we had all that we needed and we definitely felt welcomed and cared for. Great room, amenities etc… highly recommend this hotel.
