One friend had her room on the 1st floor. Someone trying to get into the room at 1:35am.
Renovations are fine, although the clean up was horrible ! Stayed on the second floor, insulation and drywall littered the hallway carpet along with a vacuum cleaner that obviously was not used. Ended up dragging insulation and drywall dust in my room for 3 days. Not professional by any means
Haley is Very polite and very nice!! She made me and my brother feel like we were walking into a home she cares about her guest and always has a smile. She goes out of her way to make sure the guest are comfortable.
Haley was great through the duration of my stay. Very clean room and great customer experience.

Snowy weather surprise, what a great breakfast prepared by Sherry, biscuits and gravy were just the best, coffee is fresh brewed! Room was clean and everything was there and working, didn’t use extras of a pool and exercise room. Cost $85 on line but $135 at desk with no reservation, worth the stop for weary traveler just getting past Indianapolis!

I have to say, I am shocked to see anything less than a 5 star here. Luke, who is the guest service specialist and I did not catch the other 2 male workers names are absolutely fantastic. We are stuck here in the Jan. 26th snowmeggedon...these team members are absolutely welcoming and completely understanding of the weather circumstances. I would stay here, over and over, simply due to their abilities to think thru issues and use common sense!!!
Overall great experience! Breakfast was the highlight of the stay! Great variety of hot, delicious food. Sherry and Travis were very accommodating and friendly! Will stay here again when in town.

Well when it came time to pay for the room the girl took off way to much off my debit card. When we finally got that taken care of the next morning they took off additional money. When I asked the staff why more was taken off, no one could tell me any thing they said they didn't do it
So I asked then to release the hold of of it so I can get my money off hold they said they couldn't help me however they helped me with same issue day before

I liked the convenience of the hotel to where I was going.the staff was very friendly. I would stay again but would definitely want a room further from the front of desk.
We were in a handicap room that we did not need. However, the seat over the tub had not been lowered and cleaned behind in some time and that was very visible even without lowering. I had to clean before I could shower to keep the yuk from running into the tub.. It was pretty nasty. Our curtains would not close completely, which doesn't matter, but we were on the first floor, so I pinned them together with a coat hanger. Our room was the first room on the right directly between the office and the workout center, so it was pretty noisy all night, then chairs from the breakfast area scrubbing across the floor prevented sleeping in.
