The location was fantastic, special shout out to Izabella from housekeeping as she did a fantastic job of keeping our room clean! Also to Izabella from the Spa, she resolved a situation for me with so much ease in reference to my Spa treatment booking. The staff at the hotel were super attentive. The hotel was so clean and the views from the Panorama Lounge were exceptional. I loved the Codage Toiletrie products we used in the room, made the skin so soft. The breakfast was delicious and will definitely book again!
The fact you could not buy the room Codage products from the hotel.
There was a mistake made on my massage booking, but the hotel did manage to resolve the situation.

Great hotel, beds were so confortable we had to ask for the brand of the sheets and mattresses. Breakfast has a lot of options and they are making it fresh in front of you. We had the oportunity to make use of the spa and saunas overlooking Brussels from the top floor and it was one of the best experiences we had.
