Great breakfast experience!
Pros:

What a pleasant surprise to find in The Hotel a wonderful breakfast with lots of fresh dishes and super friendly staff! What a immense difference to the old outdated The Wiltcher's Steigenberger which is only a few minutes further down the road, but still living in the past and as mentioned earlier in one of my reviews, resting too long on their heydays! For 32 eur/pp it is a pleasant experience! Can only recommend it hightly - at least for the breakfast experience. Will try out their rooms at a later time.

The best hotel experience of my life.
Pros:

If I could give this place 1000 stars, I would. Me and my wife are frequent travelers, and this is hands down the best hotel we ever stayed at. We booked a deluxe panorama room. The value is just incredible: from the lavish buffet breakfast to the panorama lounge with snacks and drinks included, to the gorgeous spa with dry and salt sauna, hamam, relaxation room and Norwegian shower, everything was incredible and amazing. Friendly staff, right in the heart of Ixelles, we will never ever look for another hotel again in Brussels. Merci!

Absolutely nothing. The best experience ever.

Hotel bien pero no les importa la experiencia del cliente

Cuando hicimos la reserva por error seleccionamos sin desayuna les pedimos que nos dejasen cambiar la tarifa para incluir el desayuno y pagar la diferencia fueron absolutamente inflexibles y se lo pedimos varias veces indicando que había sido un error y que nos dejasen pagar la diferencia, lo único que nos respondían es que la tarifa era sin desayuno y que si lo queríamos que lo pagásemos cuando el precio era el doble que cambiando la tarifa… obviamente la experiencia del cliente les da un poco igual.

I think this hotel is stuck between 3 star and 4 star hotel.
Pros:

Handy location, good fitness room

Cons:

Breakfast was not exceptional at all. Flies were all over the food. There was not enough warm choices. (No omelette station) hard boiled eggs were cold all the time. Also cleaning of our rooms were not enough. They worked hard to show they are luxury but they failed to fulfil inside of it.
