Pros:

El hotel estaba muy bonito, el desayuno muy bueno y basto. El. Personal atento. La ubicación buena aunque no encontramos tantas opciones realmente cerca para comer, pero llegar a la plaza central fue fácil. El servicio de spa excelente.

Cons:

Llevábamos varias maletas y no era tan espacioso el cuarto, no había en donde ponerlas para poderlas abrir.

Pros:

Jättesköna sängar, sköna morgonrockar och välstädat. Vänlig och hjälpsam personal. Stort och luftigt rum. Lugnt. God frukost. Gott kaffe 😀 Och ett superbra läge nära kommunikationer och även inom gångavstånd till det mesta! Vi kommer gärna tillbaka ❤️🌻

Cons:

Tyvärr kunde det bli väldigt fullt och svårt att få sittplats i frukostmatsalen. Vi saknade också en skybar. Men detta vägs upp av att allt annat var så toppenbra 😊

Amazing breakfast! Lovely view in a comfy room!

The room, view, breakfast, and lounge access were excellent.

Cons:

The glass door to the WC, as well as its proximity to the sleeping area was a bit strange. A little more privacy for the WC would have the our room even better than it was. We had lounge access during our stay. We found that the snacks had been there for a while, and were not replenished during the last 3 hours of the lounge being open. When you’re paying for the access and complementary offerings, you would hope that the selection would be tended to and fresh. Staff also started cleaning and breaking down the lounge area 45mins prior to it closing, which made us feel like we were being rushed out of there, or that our welcome was not for the full time. If you’re going to offer lounge access until 8pm, do it properly with a welcoming, adequate offering to your guests who have paid for the experience.

Ich kannte das Hotel von früheren Reisen; leider hat der Service und die Freundlichkeit nachgelassen
Pros:

Eigentlich waren wir nur enttäuscht.

Cons:

Freitag und Samstag war ein furchtbarer Lärm am Hotel, sodass wir nicht schlafen konnten. Im Zimmer waren daneben noch die Geräusche aus den Abwasserleitungen (Duschen und Toilettenspülung der oberen Zimmer) sehr intensiv. Übliche Serviceausstattung (z.B. Schmutzwäsche- und Bindenbeutel) waren kaum vorhanden. Die Minibar war nicht gefüllt.
Einmal wurden wir zum Frühstück in die "Longe" verwiesen. Dort wird ein sehr sparsames Frühstück angeboten.

Buena pero descanso regular
Pros:

Me gustó mucho la localización y el hotel en sí precioso. Seguramente en una habitación más alejada de los ascensores hubiese sido perfecto.

Cons:

Que nos pusieron en una habitación pegada a los ascensores ( que van rapidísimo) y se escuchaba muchísimo por las noches. Al principio creía que era como el ruido de un tren por raíles y luego me di cuenta que eran los ascensores.
