Das Hotel ist super und nur weiter zu empfehlen.
Das Hotel-Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und liebevoll.
Das Hotel ist an einem sehr guten Ort wo man alles auch zu Fuss erreichen kann.
We enjoyed our stay here, with a wonderful view out over Budapest, particularly on New Year's eve, we could watch people's fireworks around the city. (There are no official displays). Plenty of local restaurants and a small Christmas market just outside.
New Year's Eve was frustrating because the hotel only offered participation in quite expensive and long dinner/entertainment events. We just wanted to eat a simple meal in the restaurant or bar. Also we paid extra for the executive suite but it had very limited evening hours.
Location, comfort, cleanliness…
We have a little problem with breakfast first day. They gave us a table right by the entrance, where everyone passes by and you can't have breakfast normally. The entire hall was almost empty. I asked if there was any other option, then they offered us to have breakfast divided into two tables for two people, which were not next to each other. Then I asked why we couldn't sit at one of the many free tables? It didn't say anywhere that they were reserved... then a strong man with tattoos on his head appeared and stood next to us, looking at us badly, without saying anything. It was the salon manager :))) I decided not to make a fuss and we sat at the table by the door. We had a quick breakfast and left. It was hard for me to explain to my children what had happened. We went to have coffee and something sweet outside the hotel…
We never saw that unpleasant person and his unadequate colleague again. It was really not appropriate for such a person to decide which guest should have breakfast where.
We had no problems in the following days. We sat down to have breakfast wherever we wanted. The staff was at the required level.
Very clean and great location
