Perfekter Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam, höflich, hilfsbereit und hat einen wesentlichen Teil zu diesem außergewöhnlichen Erlebnis beigetragen. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt um die Altstadt zu Fuß zu erkunden.
Auch das Gebäude selbst, wie die alten Ruinen integriert wurden ist wunderschön und lädt zum Erkunden ein.
Der Ausblick über die Donau ist atemberaubend und frühstücken mit Blick auf die leere Fischerbastei ist ein Genuss.

Morgenmad var virkelig god hotellet lå lidt væk fra byen af men enormt smukke omgivelser virkelig fantastisk udsigt

Cons:

Det var ikke fordi jeg ikke kunne lide noget af det det var fint kunne dog godt have tænkt mig en spa men det må blive næste gang

Zuvorkommendes Personal - top Lage - komfortables, sehr schön eingerichtetes Hotel

Das Personal war top - aufmerksam, zuvorkommend, die Mitarbeitenden haben schon morgens gute Laune verströmt. Der Ausblick auf die Stadt aus dem Frühstücksraum war sensationell, das Buffet und der Service sehr gut. Die Qualität des In Room Dinings war top.

Cons:

Die Vorbereitung auf unsere Ankunft war nicht gut, das Zimmer teilweise verschmutzt, der Abfluss des Beckens im Badezimmer verstopft. Notwendige Fragen bei der Ankunft wurden nicht gestellt, dadurch fühlten wir uns zunächst nicht wohl. Als wir das Personal darauf aufmerksam machten, hat man sich sehr schnell und sehr freundlich bemüht, so dass wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genießen konnten.
