Localização muito boa, conforto e limpeza

Cons:

Falta de ajuda dos funcionários. Quando chegamos, ninguém ajudou com as malas e muito menos uma explicação do que podíamos fazer com o carro.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations! The location is absolutely unbeatable—staying right in the heart of the Fisherman's Bastion is a unique experience. The view of the Danube and the Parliament building from my room was breathtaking, especially at night.
​The service was top-notch; the staff were professional, welcoming, and very attentive. My room was spacious, modern, and spotless. I also highly recommend the breakfast—there was a fantastic variety of high-quality options. I’ll definitely be back!

Pros:

Close to touristy places. Room was clean with spectacular view. At 2pm when we eventually checked in, the lady and the gentlemen working at the front desk were both very friendly and nice.

Cons:

When we first tried to check in at 11am-ish, there was an older man at the front desk with grey hair. He had a condescending tone when he talked to us, like he didn’t want to answer our “stupid” questions. For example, when we asked whether we need to provide both passports for check in, he rolled his eyes and immediately turned around and started laughing with his colleague in Hungarian.
The bathroom smelled bad. I think the smell was coming from the shower drian.

Good location, best view.
Pros:

Perfect location, nearby is Fishmen' Bastion, the rooms with river view are excellent, especially at night. The breakfast is tasty and has many choices, they have some foods for Asian people. Staff is enthusiam. For sure we will come back for the next time.

The location is historical area, just we just could call Taxi, the others Uber drive might not be get in .
