After very welcoming registration I have been given a beautiful junior suite and treated with swiss chocolate which was complementary. Great customer service
The hotel is a short walk from the main train station which will get you anywhere you want to go. The restaurants near by are pricey but if you walk two or three blocks away there are reasonable options.
Stayed here for 2 nights with Gate 1 travel. Wonderful hotel room with a great shower, lots of pressure and hot water. Maid service comes in the morning and evening.
Breakfast buffet has everything you would need.
I would definitely stay again.

Excellent service.
The property overall is located in excellent location walkable to water taxis. The staff are extremely helpful very respectful. The concierge was extremely good in giving us ideas about touring around the city. The only issue the rooms is that it has an extremely deep shower tub that I had to get my wife Somehow every time she wanted to get out of the shower so if anybody is a senior, you have to ask for some accessible showers or if you have any difficulty getting into a shower tub it’s almost 2 1/2 feet deep
My partner and I were celebrating our 4-year anniversary at the hotel. The room and SPA were nice, the dinner at Il Vero was ok (small menu and regular Italian dishes), but we truly enjoyed our time at the bar with music and good cocktails! Even if there were not many people, we had fun by ourselves and nobody was disturbing us. However, the overall impression of the hotel is "old": it needs a renovation!
First, the positives. Great location. Out dated interior but quiet. The front desk ladies are the best in the business and I do not say this litely. Absolutely professional and perfect. The concierge excellent as well.
Now, the negatives. The food and beverage department is horrific. The food itself is good to excellent but staff and poor service is the worst I've ever seen for a such a presitigous brand. It really comes down to just bad management. Second, the hotel allows smoking. Some places reak of smoke.

We checked into the hotel on Wednesday, August 7th, 2024, with a check-out date of Sunday, August 11th, 2024. Unfortunately, our experience has been far from satisfactory.
The service and room quality were disappointing, with the TV frequently blacking out and the Wi-Fi requiring us to re-enter our credentials every time we left and returned to the room. The hotel is in dire need of a full renovation, and the staff could benefit from training to understand the true meaning of hospitality.
On Thursday, our used glasses were removed by housekeeping and never replaced. On Friday, the same happened with our tea cups and a spoon. Despite requesting replacements during the turndown service at 6 PM, nothing was provided by the time we returned at 10:15 PM. My wife called to complain, but no action was taken even by 11 PM. She needed a spoon for her medication, and the lack of response was unacceptable for a so-called five-star hotel.
Overall, our stay has been extremely disappointing, and I have several more complaints that only add to our dissatisfaction.

The security guards suck they said we were being too loud cause we were in danger cause a creep asked us to drink and we were underaged. The pool was very cool and the beds felt like someone washed them and then dried them on the mattress. Honestly I give it a 3.

The hotel is wonderful. It's all absolutely incredible. Location is perfect, the size of the rooms are great, the spa and pool area are spectacular, the service at the reception is excellent. Everything is extremely organized. 5 stars is not enough!! We will be back next year!!!!
