Friendly staff members
Pros:

The staff was welcoming and the gentleman at the check in desk was very friendly and even offered a discounted rate for the night.

Cons:

There were hair on the floor in the bathroom, the shower need more cleaning by the shower door rails. There was also hair on the bedsheet and the blanket. There was some spiderweb under the heater. I wish there was at least a small microwave. The breakfast was not as good as described. Instead of yogurt and boiled eggs, they should switch wy basic breakfast items like scrambled eggs and pancakes.

A great value hotel that exceeded my expectations
Pros:

I can’t say enough about this hotel. First time staying at a Spark by Hilton. Friendly staff, clean, spacious rooms, super comfortable beds, great shower, delicious bagel breakfast, hot beverages available in the lobby 24 hours, convenient location right off the interstate with stores, gas and restaurants nearby.
