I would not go back. I did not like the location.

Good location
Pros:

Location is walkable to downtown and restaraunts- bar open til 1am , beds were comfy, coffee maker , safe in room.

Cons:

Stains on carpet, minimal lighting options, heard hallway noise (doors slamming) after midnight, needs some updating

Location and hotel was very nice

Cons:

Unruly loud party in the Suite across the hall.. Management let them know that we complained, informed them that it was guest across the hall. Party continued and we left before 10 p.m. It was a shame, because it really is very nice and conveniently located.

Will not stay here again.
Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

When I booked this hotel it promoted breakfast was included. Breakfast was not included. Restaurant on site is way over priced. This hotel is hard to get to especially when construction was going on at the time. You have to pay for parking. For never being in downtown Knoxville this was a surprise to me. Will not stay here again.

Pros:

The place was very clean and comfortable. Location was excellent, we walked to every restaurant that we ate at.. The only thing was the noise of downtown, a train,construction close by. several roads close to make it difficult to get around.But overall it was a great trip and when we come back to knoxville we will stay there again because it's so convenient. Staff was absolutely fabulous, friendly,courteous ,so helpful.

Cons:

The downtown noise but we know that you can't do anything about that.

the service and the staff were exceptional, I felt welcome from the moment we drove into the property.

my only complaint was the buffet, but that was a choice I made, I don't generally order from buffet
