Categories

Cleanliness
9.1
Multiple reviews describe rooms and the property as very clean or immaculate; isolated report of filthy room windows (#706) lowers a perfect score slightly.
Service
9.8
Numerous strong compliments for staff (Dylan, Natalie, valet, restaurant host Ava) and helpful check-in/out service; one report of unfriendly staff is an outlier but overall service sentiment is outstanding, justifying a slightly elevated score to help balance lower room concerns.
Location
10
Overwhelmingly praised as perfect/central, walking distance to downtown, great views (fireworks) and excellent for events—consistent theme across reviews.
Room Quality
8.2
Mixed feedback: many note comfortable beds and nice rooms, while others report dated rooms, hard beds, rough towels, limited bathroom counter space and awkward closet access—moderately reduced for these issues.
Amenities
8.5
Valet and parking convenience and pleasant pool hours are noted positively; parking cost/garage complaints and small bathroom counter reduce the score slightly.
Value for Money
8.4
Generally positive impressions of service and location support good value, but parking charges, card billing attempts and a few negative service/room notes modestly lower perceived value.
Food and Beverage
8.3
Several guests praise great breakfast and amazing food, while a few report an awful breakfast and poor service at the restaurant—overall mixed but more positive than negative.
Overall Experience
8.9
Majority of reviews call the stay excellent or wonderful with friendly staff and great location; a minority report noise, parking and isolated service/room issues, yielding an overall rating matching the target.
