Clean laminate flooring carpet removed
Pros:

Given the location just blocks away from a not so pretty area I understand the need for garage parking. There was a sence of comfort and security.

Cons:

If a parking fee of $25 is charged that should be explained from the start. For the receptionist to say that the parking fee will drop off once you exit the parking garage and drop the key in the box and customer service to say otherwise is angering and deceptive.

Pros:

I loved the breakfast options

Cons:

The parking garage exit was a little tricky. You need a key card to exit and i left mine in my room at checkout. I had to re-park and go inside to get a new key card. Not the end of the world but a little awkward to exit the parking garage. Just be prepared if you have a car.

Great place to stay, friendly, clean, and great location
Pros:

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Extra bonus, the hotel was very clean and smelled great.

Cons:

I wish they had a free breakfast but otherwise everything was wonderful.

Great place to stay.
Pros:

The host and staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional and they might have the best fitness gym located inside a hotel. Very pleased with our stay.

GREAT VALUE FOR SUCH A NICE HOTEL!
Pros:

Fair price overall. Fair price on on-premises parking garage. (Think was $25 night?) Only charged for 1 vehicle when we had 2 vehicles to move our daughter out of UTK dorm. Could leave vehicle there until 3pm until new charge would kick in. So made it easy for us to walk to the square nearby to eat lunch without worry.

Cons:

Wasn't FREE! ; )
