Cons:

Hilton seviyesinin altında bir deneyim. Örneğin rezervasyon sırasında üst katlardan bir oda istedik (20+ gibi) fakat rezervasyon yazışmasında olumlu konuşulmasına rağmen 5. Kata rezervasyon yapılmıştı. Gidince bunu hatırlattık bakacağız değindi bakılmadı, üstelik aile odalarının tamamının 5.katta olduğunu öğrendik (yani baştan yanlış beklenti oluşturulmuş ).

Bunların hiç birinin önemi yok aslında , Hilton çalışanıysanız ya bu sözü vermezsiniz ya da söz vermişseniz upgrade ederek sorunu çözersiniz. Özellikle ertesi sabah hatırlatmadım kimse sormadı, misafirin algısının yönetmek için verdiğiniz sözü takip etmeyecekseniz neden Hilton tabelası astınız ki ?

Bir diğer sorun 3 yetişkin rezervasyonuna rağmen ek yatak olarak bebek yatağı konması ve bunun düzeltilmesi için 2 kez söylemek zorunda kalmamızdı. Çözüldü mü çözüldü ama tatile sorun çözmek için değil hiç bir şeyle mücadele etmemek için çıktığımıza göre olumsuz bir deneyimdi (rezervasyona uygun bir oda hazırlığı otelcilik 101 seviyesi, bilenler bilir böyle küçük şeyler net operasyonel kalite göstergesidir )

Dediğim gibi bu sorunların hiç biri hayati değil ama Hilton seviyesi bu sorunları aşmak demek biraz da.

Yıllardır kaldığım, kulüp üyesi olduğum Hilton kültürünü düşününce, alt seviye bir Hilton deneyimi olduğunu söyleyebilirim, rezervasyon yaparken uygun fiyata buluyorsanız yapın ama özellikle sezon fiyatını yakalarsınız hiç gerek yok açıkçası.
