"I was on holiday in London this May and stayed at the Hilton Park Lane. During my visits to the Executive Lounge, I was served by Alexandra several times. She was always incredibly warm, kind, and attentive, providing excellent service. The atmosphere in the lounge was wonderful, and it was always a true pleasure to be there. When I told her that it was my last day and that I was waiting for a taxi to the airport, we had a very lovely moment saying goodbye. As I was leaving, she even came after me to give me her card for a review. I have been very busy these past few weeks and am finally taking the time to write this. It was a wonderful stay both at the hotel and in London. If I return to London, I will definitely visit you again! Best regards from Zurich, Switzerland 🇨🇭 Marc 👋😃"

Elijah at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. He said he’s new but he was very professional and I wouldn’t have know that he was new if he didn’t tell me. There was a female employee next to him and I thought he was training her.

From the moment he started serving us, he was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel comfortable throughout the evening.
Brandon's positive attitude, attention to detail, and genuine enthusiasm really stood out. It's clear that he takes great pride in what he does, and it made a real difference to our experience.

I had an amazing stay at the Hilton Park Lane. Everything was outstanding, but what truly made my experience unforgettable was the incredible hospitality of Magdalena , Abi and Sasha at the reception. They made my stay feel like a dream with their kindness, professionalism, and warm welcome. Their exceptional service made all the difference. I went to park corner on the 29/06/2026 for a pot of earl gray tea and a roasted peach which was served by colson with a nice smile and the upper most attentivness which was very sadisfying to me.
Service, athmosphere, and food was outstanding,definatly going back again.

The staff in the Hilton on Park Lane is incredibly kind, caring and lovely, I am really touched. Eric was taking care of us on the 1st floor and he made sure he went above and beyond for me and my friend and his 3 little boys. Eric is a true gentleman with golden heart 💛. Honestly, this kind of kindness is rare nowadays even in 5 star hotels. The concierge people are so sweet and helpful too. The food was super delicious and beautifully presented. I highly recommend this wonderful hotel.
I was at the london hilton at Park Lane for a business event. Initial check was very slow due to problem with room. But this wqs turned around by an upgrade to a very nice suite. I was very grateful to the staff member Abi for his help.
