Awesome and would book again
Pros:

Pretty good location, staff were excellent and the hotel welcomed us very well with our celebration stay

Cons:

Rooms were a little dirty in terms of the roof and corners, just needs small touch ups

Pleasant stay with some work required on cleanliness and attention to detail
Pros:

Great view from the room and location was perfect. Hyde park is right across the hotel. It's a short walk to the subway and bus stop is just outside the hotel. Bathroom amenities also good quality. Other than facial products, perfume and sunscreen, everything was provided for. Good variety for breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Service and response times to requests were very good. Really liked the 24 hour room service option. It helped getting something to eat after getting back to the hotel due to a late show. Food on the room service menu was also very good. Appreciated the top up of water bottles in the room.

Cons:

Towels did not smell good. One of the robes in the wardrobe was not clean. It had makeup stains on the neckline. Scent as you walk into the lobby from outside was fishy. I had to keep requesting for the teas to be replaced in the room. This should be standard. Showerhead was clogged and it took just a quick rub down of the rubber nozzles to unclog. This should have been checked. Breakfast menu is the same every day. As much as there is variety it would be nice to change at least the pastries served every day. This gets tiresome when spending the week at the hotel.
