As you would expect this is a very good venue. Cavernous inside and well run to separate residents from corporate event attendees.
For mass catering the food was very nice. The staff were excellent.
We recently stayed at the Hilton Park Lane to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary and had a truly wonderful experience.
Even before we arrived, the service stood out. Stan from the Executive Lounge contacted us ahead of our stay with excellent communication, which made us feel very welcome and well looked after. Check in was smooth and the hotel very kindly provided us with a generous upgrade to mark our special occasion. There was a card from James (general manager) and delicious cake with ‘happy anniversary’ which was a lovely touch.
The location is fantastic right in the heart of London and within easy walking distance of many major attractions. The property itself is very clean and well maintained throughout.
The Executive Lounge is classy and comfortable, with a great selection of drinks and food options available. Breakfast was extensive and delicious, and the service from Hanna was absolutely amazing, friendly, attentive, and professional.
Overall, it was a memorable stay and a perfect way to celebrate our anniversary. We will definitely be returning again.
For starters, the staff deserve a mention and they should get 10 stars. They have been absolutely fantastic. We originally picked this hotel for the location, close to bus and tube acces and Hyde Park, but when we go back we will be returning because of how we were treated. The customer service at this hotel was first class!
The restaurant staff members, were so attentive and they looked after us so well.
We brought our boy along and they bent over backwards for us. Bringing porridge for his breakfast, even though it wasn't on the menu.
Cleaning up our child's cutlery and plates they we brought with us...that's was unbelievable. They talked with him and us and we never felt more taken care of.
The venue was was amazing, a bit dated on the outside, but the inside was great and it was kept to a high level of cleanliness. The foyer, lifts, rooms and the Executive Lounge was lovely.
The Executive Lounge had a great big window looking towards Hyde Park. It was extremely spacious and very up to date. Loved the decor and coffee making facilities. The staff here were also fantastic.

Location is amazing. It is walkable to everything. The room had amazing views of the city. My ultimate favorite part was the gentleman who checked us in. He was friendly and accommodating to our needs. The whole staff was very hospitable.

We visited the hotel for our anniversary and had a lovely time. Thank you to all the staff who made us feel welcomed and made sure we had a special day - especially to Elijah from the reception, Tiger and Carlos from the bar (delicious drinks!) and the duty manager Ryhad. We truly had the best time!

A great Hotel
Great staff .. very friendly
Comfortable room with a brilliant view of London
The shower in the bath was a bit awkward
But not really a problem
The Bund bar was a bit seedy and smoky .. the owner was a sleaze..
But just to say this is independently run and not by Hilton
Cleanliness
Nothing.
The hotel is in a good area with close access to subway and busses, although the train station is a bit of a walk. Be aware that for some reason Google Maps will send you to a subway /underground station that is far. The nearest is Green Park station yet MAPS never sends you there. And you can access any location from there. Hard Rock Cafe is 2 minutes walk and Hyde Park is across the way, although Hyde Park is huge. Hotel breakfast Cafe is best I have seen yet. Although not as many offerings as other hotels we've visited but it is enough and great quality. Staff here is awesome. The bar on the ground floor and is inviting and has very good whiskey, beer, and wine menu. The breakfast Cafe doubles as a restaurant and their menu is nice and you will find something you like. This Cafe also has a very cool Disney Princess tea time activity for children that looks inviting. Concierge was excellent and attentive. Finally I am not a fan of the tub shower combinations. Been coming to London for over 25 years and still can't get used to it. I have to believe that people have had bad falls from this setup. Definitely would stay here again.
Magdalena and Rebekah were hugely welcoming and supportive whilst checking in - ensuring I had all I needed for my stay.

We had a woman of Valour function. The service was excellent. From the gentleman at the front of the hotel. The staff in the hotel, bar, restaurant and those handling coats and bags.
The food service was prompt.
Excellent service all round. Nothing was difficult for the staff. They went out of their way to provide an excellent service.
Breakfast was delicious with a good variety. Hotel very clean. Good location close to transport options and in nice neighbourhood
