The Hotel is in a good location.
The Hotel is clean and well presented.
The staff are welcoming and friendly .

Cons:

We had booked a room with twin bed weeks in advance and we had advised the hotel of the time of our arrival before hand .
When we arrived our room was no longer available and the stuff had to spend about 20mins trying to accommodate us into another room. As a result we were given a room with a double bed and a folding bed that was made up because the hotel was busy at the time.
The manager advised that if the hotel wasn't so full he would have resolved the situation better but this was the best they could do in the present moment which was disappointing to us.
The room itself was very cold when we entered it because the air con was set to a cold temperature so we had ring the front desk to resolve this issue as well.
The was also no mini bar present in the room which we have never seen before.
I was travelling with my elderly mother so this experience was a bit of a shock.

An amazing hotel
Pros:

Great location, a lovely room with stunning views, great food and very, very friendly staff.
A special thank you to Abi at the Front Desk, who was very welcoming, friendly and very nice of him to upgrade us overlooking Buckingham Palace! He gave clear instructions about everything in the hotel without even having to ask him, and he was very professional.
A big thank you to Isabel in the Executive Lounge, who was very attentive at all times, and made sure we were ok.
Our stay made a difference because of both of them. We will definitely be coming back.
