A charming property with a bit of luxury whilst feeling right at home.
Pros:

As one of the original five star hotels it still has its old school charm however it has been sympathetically refurbished. Ticks all the boxes. Felt right at home there within all the comforts.

Always love a stay at the Pullman, the good always outweighs any negatives
Pros:

The room was great and very comfortable. Was very quiet despite how busy it seemed to be. Love the breakfast options in the morning!

Cons:

The queue to check in took 45 minutes. Has to be a better way on a busy day!

We stayed here purposefully for the footy, it was terrific and have a great vibe.

Good stay in room but parking your car very poor

Good reception check in and check out room very good

Cons:

Advertise that you have to pay $50 or $75 valet for parking at the property , l got told after l booked the room that l was up for parking money. Well then that was to late to cancel the booking as it was a non refundable booking .

Enjoyable
Pros:

The room was wonderful, visually pleasing clean. The staff were wonderful, Julia in the restaurant was fantastic.

Cons:

The tv did not work in our room.
Our food was not good, which was a shame as many people have raved about the food there. Was disappointed I paid what I did and we did not even enjoy the meal. I still tipped because of Julia she was lovely

Had a stranded double bed. Next time I book, make sure I get a queen being 6,2 was a little small. But wasn’t a big problem

I loved it, will 100% be suggesting this place to friends.
Pros:

I absolutely loved the staff and how everything was set out. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, the room was absolutely amazing, spacious and comfortable. I loved the view. It was easy to find your way around to other places and I love that there's a tram stop AND a train station right in front of the hotel.

Cons:

I didn't dislike anything about the hotel. It would've been cool to have windows you could open but I didn't dislike anything
