Pros:

Large room with comfortable beds.
So quite and peaceful even though right in the city.
Enjoyed a great night's sleep.
Great options for transport and close to MCG and Rod Laver Arena.

Cons:

Privacy glass was not for me.
Do I really want to see my loved one use the bathroom.
Would have been nice to have free bottles of water or biscuits

My pillow in the room was very uncomfortable & the room was too warm to sleep in even after trying to lower the air conditioner.

It was a wonderful choice to be close to the hospital. Breakfast each morning was terrific & staff were lovely.
Pros:

Location. Public transport close, hospital close, restaurants close, gardens close.

Cons:

The wine glasses weren’t cleaned well most mornings.

Overall it was pleasant and very friendly environment
Pros:

Clean and close proximity to sporting events

Cons:

We had buffet breakfast included but we assumed it was at the executive lounge upstairs not down stairs, we were not informed of this when checking in. So we pretty much paid for buffet breakfasts for 3 night stay and never got to enjoy it. Staff at check in should advise that buffet is included and is downstairs!!!

We keeping coming back to stay here for a reason!
Pros:

The location is great. We picked it due to the close proximity to aami park, but it’s also close enough to walk into the city! It was clean, comfortable and staff were welcoming and friendly!

Cons:

House keeping staff could be a lot more proactive with their role. We needed one of our beds remade and got told that they don’t do that so to ring the front desk. They also didn’t empty our bins. I notified front desk who did correct these issues, but just lack of awareness and just common sense was disappointing as usually we’ve had no issues with this area of the hotel.
