Really good, only a couple of minor things to improve.

Service at the bar and cafe was slow and cumbersome they need more training!
Also, I needed to remind the staff to empty bins when servicing my room.

Best hotel I’ve stayed in for ages
Pros:

Location and easy to get to. Staff were wonderful from check in to the breakfast buffet and check out everyone was great

Cons:

The pillows were too big but if you like really big thick pillows you’ll like the hotel
