An Excellent Hotel Choice in Milan
Pros:

The hotel is located only two blocks from the Milan Central Station making it incredibly easy to access the rail system. It is also located next to Metro all of the lines run through the Central Station. There is additionally the #10 tram that stops a block from the hotel. Location is very easy short Metro ride to most major attractions (like 4 short stops to the fabulous Duomo.)
The hotel itself has an excellent friendly staff that was eager to help during my back to back stays.
I am a Hilton Diamond member and was generously upgraded both times ( pictures of both room types included.) However, even the standard rooms are over 300 soft which is very large by European standard.
Beds and beddings were very comfortable.
Bathroom was modest in size with single vanity and limited counter space. Each room has a refrigerator which is handy. Capsule type coffee maker of course.
Breakfast is either included or can be purchased at I believe €15. Breakfast facility is large and has a cafeteria feel but food is good quality and with a large variety. Service was excellent.
So in summary the Hilton is an excellent hotel choice if you are visiting Milan. The proximity to the Central Train Station and Metro is a huge plus.

Stay at Hilton Milan
Pros:

Hotel was beautiful, clean and close to the centre with the metro. Moira the front office manager was amazing and very helpful. I want to say a big thank you to her as she really made our stay and we appreciated her help. The breakfast was also really delicious with a good variety of food and the drinks in the bar were 10/10.

Godt fornøyd med oppholdet. Både rom og frokost leverte i forhold til hva jeg betalte for bookingen.

Cons:

Vi ba om en ekstra dyne. Det fikk vi, men uten dynetrekk. Det bør være unødvendig på et hotell som Hilton Milan å måtte spesifisere at vi og trenger dynetrekk..

Must stay hotel in Milan

I stay in Milan quite often and this time also I have chosen Hilton Milan again so this hotel after the renovation — and honestly I am very happy I did my best to book this hotel …….:

The rooms are completely refreshed and you can feel it immediately. Modern design, very comfortable bed, proper lighting, clean lines, everything feels new and well thought out. Not overdone luxury — just classy and practical the way a good business hotel should be…. The lounge is also renowlvated and it’s at its bestest …

Check-in was smooth. The reception team was warm and welcoming, not robotic. They handled everything quickly and with a smile, which after travel always makes a difference.

What really stood out for me was seeing the General Manager, Mr. Daniele Fabbri, present in the lobby and even in the breakfast area. He was not just standing there — he was guiding the team, observing, interacting with guests. As someone who runs businesses myself, I notice these things. Leadership shows in small details.

Breakfast was busy (hotel was quite full so don’t expect too much with the staff or chef they hardly speak English ), but overall the team managed it well. Service was attentive and organized even during rush hour.

Overall, the renovation has given the hotel a fresh energy. It feels upgraded but still warm.

I travel a lot across Europe and I can say this stay was comfortable, smooth and professionally managed.

Will definitely return.

Great room and breakfast but noisy
Pros:

Lovely spacious, clean, comfortable room. Great service from reception. Good breakfast buffet and again the staff were superb.

The only thing I can fault is the noise in the rooms facing the Main Street. It genuinely didnt sound like the room was double glazed.
