Hilton Milan

The hotel was extremely comfortable. there was a heatwave and it was like stepping into an oasis, the reception was welcoming, the room was large, beds were comfortable and brekfast was very good. Due to the heat, there were restrictions of what we could and the staff gave us some good tips that turned out to be very useful, stored our luggage for a few hours, and the check in was earlier than advertised, i would use this as a base for future visits to Milan

Pros:
• A few minutes easy walk from the central station, and convenient access to nearby restaurants and stores.
• Check-in staff were smilingly personable, patient, and attentive.
• The guest room is comfortably clean, spacious, and sound-proof.

Cons:
• Guest room lighting controls are too counterintuitive and confusing to manage.
• Guest room air-conditioning setting is too counterintuitive and confusing to adjust.
• Bathroom shower water-control is too counterintuitive and confusing to adjust, and hot water supply remained uncomfortably lukewarm despite repeated attempts to adjust it.
• Shower booth glass panel is too narrow to shield splashing water, making the floor wet and slippery, which may cause fall or even injury.
• Morning buffet was lackluster, and some food items such as fruit and bread didn't taste fresh.
• Lounge setting is aesthetic, but the dark patterns of guestroom hallway carpet is visually unpleasant.
• Only one elevator is in operation.

Overall, this Hilton location warrants enhanced managerial attention.

I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. Even though our stay was short, it exceeded our expectations.

The room was spacious, modern, and beautifully appointed, with an excellent bathroom.

The breakfast was outstanding, with a great selection and excellent quality. The breakfast staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make our children feel special by preparing hot chocolates for them and folding paper airplanes. Small gestures like these made a big difference and were genuinely appreciated.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We arrived at around 11:30 pm and received a warm welcome despite the late hour. They also looked after our luggage the following day while we explored the city.

The management also went the extra mile to make our children feel welcome by giving each of them a canvas bag to decorate, complete with coloring pens. It was a thoughtful gesture that kept them entertained and was a lovely personal touch.

They were more than happy to assist with arranging transport to the main tourist attractions and to the nearby train station. Traveling with young children and plenty of luggage isn't always easy, so their assistance was greatly appreciated.

Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and I wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

This hotel is so conveniently located because it is close to the train station and if you're flying out of LInate airport it's only about half an hour away and the fare is very reasonable. The breakfast is excellent and comprehensive and, in some ways, even better than it used to be. I especially enjoyed the toast with salmon and an egg on top. The restaurant is also very good and the server was very accomodating about my friend's allergy to sea salt. All the staff is incredibly helpful. Chiara at the front desk was welcoming, personable, answered all my questions and helped me with my Hilton points. When my friend wanted to turn off her air conditioner but it resisted her efforts to do so, a member of the staff came to her room immediately to do it for her and she told me he was very nice. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept better than I do at home! There is a gym which I was too tired to use and a rooftop greenhouse with a good view of Milan which I didn’t have time to look at. I always stay at this hotel when in Milan and highly recommend it.

The hotel is very close to the main train station.
The reception and bar area is quite modern, in the evening kind of lounge atmosphere with DJ music.
The rooms are clean, but very old and need some refreshment. The executive lounge personnel is great. The lounge itself not worth the mark up.
There is a gym at -1 level, very small and smelly

El hotel tiene una ubicación perfecta, si bien no tiene vista hacia la estación, esta a menos de 10 minutos caminando. El Hotel en si es excelente, las instalaciones de primer nivel, habitaciones, camas, baños, insuperables.
Desayuno espectacular, difícil de mejorar.

Great location just down the street from Centrale station and most of the meeting points for various tours. The breakfast buffet is a must so go ahead and do it! It opens early at 0630 and has great options. The gym facilities are also decent and open 24/7. The room mini bar could use a refresh as all they provide is a tea kettle and a few tea packs.

Great location, just a couple of blocks from the train station and afford buses to Malpensa airport (10 Euros). The rooms are bit dated, but the breakfast is wonderfully varied, and the offerings in the Executive Lounge are generous. Well worth the cost, and it is near the metro and bus service.

Location was amazing… 6 minute walk from the station Centrale. However, the path is slightly cobbled, something to be aware of if you have mobility constraints.

The room was amazing.
