Pros:

Very clean premises. Front desk, restaurant and bar personnel was very kind, informative, helpful.

Cons:

There were no bath-floor towels. Also, I think there were no air extractor in the bathroom.
Some concierge personnel didn't give me much information, I think they were distracted on other stuffs.

Cons:

El hotel vende una habitación muy pequeña para 5 personas pero con 2 camas King solamente fue una muy mala experiencia booking no debería ofrecerla y hacer pasar un mal momento al viajero
