I'd definitely go back, I had a wonderful time.
Pros:

I liked the view and the proximity to the events at the Carnaval de Quebec. We could walk to many restaurants. The room was clean and a good size. We had a fabulous time.

Cons:

I would have liked to have tried a hot tub but the pool was an awesome experience to use in the winter.
