I liked it overall
I liked that there was breakfast in the mornings and the bed was nice
The hot tub was closed and looks like it’s been closed since 2024 it’s now 2026 so why is it still not working? Also someone got sick in the pool on our first night there and we weren’t able to enjoy the pool at all that night.
Food and the staff
Nothing
Breakfast and dinner
Air temps in room all good
I liked the breakfast and the room set up.. the location was great.
I didn't like that I found hair in my bed.
Room was clean, staff very welcoming, breakfast was great. No complaints will book again & again .
It was cold outside and when you leave the pool the main entrance to the hotel door stay open so it cause it to be extra cold & hard to enjoy wanting to go to pool . Other than that everything was perfect
The space was roomy for the price
The sink was mostly stopped up.
Honestly, I liked the breakfast and the room.
The constant next door room running in and out all night and even banging on the door next to me and woke me up every night I stayed.
The hot tub was not working.
The fire alarm going off the first night around 5:50 am. Couldn't go back to sleep.
Terrible checking in, paid for two nights thru bookings.com. Went to check in, lady said I had to pay for another nigjt.
The pool was warm
I had to leave
The bathroom smelled of stale cigarette smoke, but we didn’t notice until after someone took a shower. Water pressure was weak. Tub fixtures were janky. Air vents were gross. The carpet was ratty. They make you pay for parking. I did like the conditioner and body wash they supplied though.
Room was super quiet and bed was very comfortable; breakfast was very nice. Guy who drove van was very helpful.
Not a dislike but would be lovely to have OJ at breakfast. Didn't see the van at the airport and eventually took other transport.
My wife and I parked our vehicle at Embassy Suites BWI, from 1/8/26- 1/29/26. When we arrived back from FL, the area was experiencing frigid temps and snow. We called the front desk and we were told that the shuttle had just left and would be there in a few minutes. We did not have proper cold weather outerwear, but went to the designated area to wait. It was at least 30 minutes later when the shuttle rolled up.
Upon arriving back at the hotel, we discovered that our car had been plowed in by the plows that cleared the hotel lots. The snow plow created a snow bank directly behind our vehicle that was approx. 18” tall and was approximately 3 feet wide. This bank extended the entire width of our vehicle. Upon myself realizing this situation I walked back to the lobby front desk and asked for the hotel to provide help for us, to free our vehicle. The front desk said they really didn’t have anyone that could assist. I then asked if they had any tools and they did give me access to an ice scraper with a long handle and a shovel. I then spent an hour digging out our vehicle which at this point, the snow bank was compacted and a solid block of ice. I only had a thin blazer with me and no gloves. The air temperature was in the teens and I was absolutely freezing by the time I was able to free the car.
We contacted the hotel the next day, to voice our extreme displeasure. My wife spoke with two different front desk people, on two different occasions. She left messages with two different managers. Neither manager ever returned her call. She then reached out to Hilton management. Jessie Boulware, listed as an Executive Ambassador, returned her call and seemed to be very sympathetic to our situation. She stated that she would be calling the property. We then received a message that the property was in charge and was going to do absolutely nothing about our situation.
We aren’t sure where the management at this property has been trained in customer service and common sense. Imagine that this happened to an 80 year old or disabled couple (we are in our late sixties). How would they free their car and drive home? Imagine someone would have a heart attack or injure themselves, shoveling out their vehicle on the hotel’s property….where a customer paid for parking service. Do they not think that their company would be sued?
The parking is booked through a company called Rightway Parking. Of course, they take no responsibility either.
This is a very poorly run property. I see other negative reviews as well. They receive an average rating of 3.9, which is not good.
We will be avoiding the Hilton brand, on all future travels.
A convenient location for Baltimore or Annapolis visitors with typical amenities for this brand. Staff is friendly and helpful. But facility is "tired"; furniture showing signs of wear and overall needing a refreshing renovation and update.
10/10
There was no mention of the fee to park.
This hotel was nice, but I won't book again due to additional parking fees
Nothing
