Otherwise, the hotel is beautiful and I would stay again.
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable as well as the pillows. The breakfast was good as well, just needed seasoning. In addition, one of the late nite front desk personnel (female), was very gracious in giving us a late checkout of 1 pm upon me asking.

Cons:

I would have appreciated additional info given about the hotel facilities upon check-in. It seems if I didn't remember to ask about certain things, exp. breakfast hours, wifi, etc., I would not have known.

Pros:

The hotel was beautiful, The breakfast set up was nice, the staff was friendly and very accommodating. Plenty of parking. I loved the option of paying for parking in the lot or parking for free right outside the hotel as well.

Pros:

The rooms were exceptional. This was for my last night in Baltimore. I’d made a mistake w my reservation at a fancier downtown hotel and needed a last minute place to stay my last night.


These rooms were nicer in terms of space. Yes, the furniture and the plastic laminate shower were typical of a cheaper hotel, but—honestly? The breakfast was heaps and bound better (and free), and the staff was exceptional!!

Cons:

Comfortable bed, en-suite office area to work. Breakfast buffet w omelet bar (but the chef needs more help on Sundays. He’s AMAZING!! (But please don’t burn him out!)

Pros:

Spacious room, reception, and breakfast were both great, especially the fresh cook to order omelets. Lots of variety. The cook was very friendly, and did an amazing job with the crowd at breakfast

Cons:

Event hough I had reserved for 4 guests, room only had 3 towels and 3 pillows. Other than that, it was great!

This is my favorite hotel and has been since I was a kid. The two ladies Kerri and Carol went beyond by helping me get b
Pros:

I love the location. It’s always clean and neat and you can tell the workers take pride in the hotel.

Cons:

The main problem I had was that the handicap rooms were far away from the elevators. That made zero sense. I walk with a cane and my room was on the complete opposite side of the elevators.
