Location was great. Amenities nice. Comfy. Staff was amazing.

Cons:

Microwave, no plates. When we used the cups for our soup, the next day, no coffee cups were left. I think you can get plate during breakfast. No toothpaste or toothbrush. Couldn't access the internet.

Having to pay for parking where other hotels in the area did not charge for parking. Also, signing me up for a new “Honor’s” number when I already had one!

Everybody is friendly in this facility. The staff and the people staying there

The staff are very friendly from the bar to the front desk to the housekeeping you ask for something. They get it for you with no problems and they love kids
