Decent location and things can be improved including allowing parking coverage in the hotel payments and allowing covere

Cons:

No covered parking available
No room cleaning everyday which is strange
Less of diversity in food, very strict and early breakfast timing which can’t be catered to people who are on vacation moreover same platform was used for all cooking materials mixing veg and non veg food or people with certain restrictions

Tia to the rescue
Pros:

Tia treat me and my wife as if we were Royalty. During breakfast she made sure we were well taken care of. All hotel chains need employees with Tia’s tenacity. Tia is reason we’ll book

Okay hotel, excellent dining experience
Pros:

Overall, hotel is okay…loud ac unit, fridge doesn’t get cold, shower head sprays water like a pressure washer. But the highlight of our trip was Tia in the dining area. She was very personable and extremely nice. Breakfast was so much more enjoyable with her there. She tended to everyone but we felt special. Thank you, Tia! I would come back just to see her.

Cons:

The room was too hot and uncomfortable. The room was so hot that we stayed out late. We would’ve slept in the car but we had our child. Due to traveling, we did not have no other place to go.

Some good Some bad
Pros:

My Ed was so comfortable and the room was clean and a very ice size. Breakfast was great.

Cons:

The long line at the omlet station, even though he did a great job, the soda machine ran out it broke down, there was not a available water at the breakfast and the food stations weren't kept clean. Oh that whole paying for parking was crazy!

An Excellent Choice Near BWI Airport
Pros:

I had a great experience. The check-in was smooth and efficient. The room was clean and well put together. The hotel is showing some signs of age (likely built in the 80s) but the spaces are clean.

My friend left their Apple Watch in the room, and when I called the hotel, Katty in Housekeeping was extremely helpful and was able to find the watch and get it back to me. Thank you Katty for your integrity and honesty.

This will be my hotel of choice in the area going forward. As someone who used to work in the hospitality industry, they're doing things right at this property.

Generally I would recommend. I would visit again
Pros:

Staff and the convenience of the facilities were nice. The room was great and the atmosphere was pleasant for my needs.

Cons:

I do not think a hotel should charge their guests for parking. Paying for additional wifi speeds seems a little cheap. And, honestly, I was a little disappointed in the fact there was no adult tv viewing options

I stayed at the hotel about 9-10 hours.
Pros:

Walked in, went to bed, got up at 4AM and went to the airport. I cannot say much about the hotel except that it was fairly conveniently located.

Cons:

Location and proximity to the airport. Quiet.
