Comfortable stay in excellent location.
Pros:

Central location. The room was clean, the bed was large and very comfy and the shower was excellent.

Cons:

No milk for the coffee. Not a big deal but a small detail.

Very good accomodation. Very kind and attentive staff
Pros:

Very good location and helpfull and polite staff. Always smiling and willing to help. Rooms are clean and spacious, beds are comfortable. We ordered a la carte breakfast, which was tasty and plentifull and the service was prompt and very good, despite the fact that the buffet breakfast was served at the same time. Also openess to check in early (if room is available) and the possibility to store luggage before check in and after check out.

Cons:

The bathroom was a bit narrow, towels had to be hanged near the toilet. Also elevators not working properly (only one in function, time of waiting was long) and stairs not always available (kind of narrow and not so neat as one could expect).

Pros:

Lugnt hotell, ett typiskt Hiltonhotell som är stilfullt inrett och har alla faciliteter man behöver.

Cons:

Ombyggnation av hissarna vilket innebar att det bara fanns 1 hiss att tillgå. Hotellet var noga med att informera om detta, men det hjälper inte väntetiden som blev orimligt lång ibland.

Prima verblijf
Pros:

Het was in het centrum van Rotterdam en je liep dus zo overal heen.

Cons:

De weg was afgesloten, hier was echter niet over gedeeld. Hierdoor was ook de parkeergarage lastig te bereiken.

Je ne conseil absolument pas pour le prix que c’est.
Pros:

Rien à dire en ce qui concerne l’accueil et le personnel. Cependant très décevant en ce qui concerne la chambre par rapport au prix payé, l’emplacement et surtout pour un Hilton Hôtel …. Je dirai même qu’il y a de la publicité mensongère lors de la réservation : ils précisent certains éléments mais en ce qui NOUS concerne ces éléments etaient manquants dans ma chambre ? Heureusement que c’était un séjour d’une seule nuit. Dommage c’est dans l’intérêt du client comme de l’entreprise que le séjour se passe bien, afin de fidéliser ou même faire de la bonne pub.

Cons:

Je conseil vraiment pas pour le prix payé surtout que j’ai payé en plus pour les chambres à partir du 8e étage, c’est vraiment décevant : le prix n’était pas un problème je l’ai justement payé pour avoir un séjour, chambre agréable mais ce n’était pas à la hauteur de mes attentes et ça ne correspondait pas à la descrip de l’annonce. Même une brosse à toilette y avait pas ???????????
