The staff was nice, cookies were warm, beds were comfy.
The construction was loud and the housekeeping walked in the room at 8am when the checkout was at 12pm.
The only good thing about our stay was the fact that the beds were comfortable
Let’s start by the hotel will never answer messages or requests so I have the option to leave one then we went they were under construction, which was fine but only the first three levels are renovated so anything above the third level is still the old hotel, which is very dated disgusting gross nothing was vacuumed. Nothing was cleaned. The only thing we could tell that was clean was the bed no air-conditioning in the hallways elevators that don’t work food was subpar. God forbid the people that have to spend $15 a person just to have that breakfast. Make sure it’s included don’t pay for it almost feel as if you were scam.
Rooms and facilities in poor condition. Hotel looks 30 years old and interior looks that way.
Bed comforter and sheets stained.
They are remodeling but they should have demo the whole building and start new.
Not the normal standard one expects from Hilton.
The location was what I needed.
The peeling wall paper and moldy wall, garbage dumpsters from renovations in parking lot was a mess to look at, noise from freeway traffic was challenging, and hair on bathroom ceiling, carpets in hallway were torn, and hallways were very run down. Overall felt well worn down and in big need of the reno.
Nice pool, great breakfast, comfortable bed, Friendly employees.
It didn’t seem very clean (the floor in the hallway looked like it needed a vacuum and I also had an unbecoming, sticky looking stain on the floor of my room).
Also you could always hear the highway.
Very dated, boarded up window, boarded up elevator, “executive floor” welcomed you with an open area crammed w mattresses. So dated that bathroom sink handles are meant to be gold but are silver from worn out. Double beds are smaller than standard. TV was small max 24 inches in the room. Room doesn’t have a small fridge. Zero water pressure. Buffet was 3/5, expected runny eggs, pankcales and bacon. Good yogurt selection.
The lobby smelt of natural gas, it was concerning.
Madison at the front desk was great! The pool was nice too!
Would have preferred the pool a little warmer and the beds weren't that comfortable.
They are in the middle of renovations. So there is some construction noise.
The rooms are very dated. Not worn down, but I bet they were at the top of their game in the 90s.
Lacking electrical outlets. We had to get creative. One side of the bed had a lamp that wasn't plugged in due to the lack of electrical outlets.
The bathroom was ok. Dated like the rest of the room. We did not appreciate the placement of the shampoo and conditioner. It was placed 100% in the way of my arms while I was trying to wash my hair. Hopefully they'll fix that with the renovations.
Otherwise, fairly quiet, mostly adequate parking.
Bar venue. Breakfast
No fridge in room
