Close to Fiddler's Green
Payed over $220 for one night and had to pay another $17 to park in the lot. There was also no continental breakfast and it literally cost $8 for 2 black coffes in the morning. They also did not have any creamer available (sugar only). Don't drink a water bottle because it costs another $3 per water bottle you consume. Seems ridiculous considering the amount you are already paying for one night's stay!
I liked that they had a shuttle to and from the Amphitheater. Loved the Cookie given at check in. The Free Parking was great, and we were able to park close to the elevator, this made it easy to get in and out of the complex.
I didn't care for the heat in the elevators, there was no air conditioning in the elevators, especially when several people were in it. I didn't care for the charge for bottled water in the room. We also had a key that did not work to for our room door and had to go back to the Front Desk to get it replaced.
Location, quiet, clean
Charged for parking twice, but morning staff caught it for me during check out. Called down for sheets for sofa sleeper and never recieved. Scheduled 12pm checkout and had door knocked on by cleaning staff at 10:45.
A nice experience, waitress was extremely nice!
The bed that I was using had marble sized feathers bunched up at bottom of squares on Duvet.brought it up to housekeeping took a Pic head housekeeper brought new duvet went to check out the guy behind desk after I told him about duvet said in a very sarcastic voice,those are feathers ! Yeah,not bunched up like moss on a rock! Again said those are feathers! Checked out guy says you want cookies? Yeah no just a weird experience..I don't usually start confrontation, but this was unfortunate!

Yeah the computers were down , but handing out warm cookies and water, but Id love to give a shout out to Lisa who works behind the front desk, always so nice.. Joy at the restaurant, and some young man who ran around like a chicken with his head cut off, that place was packed for breakfast

Our balcony door had separated from the glass and there was permanent gap. Place feels run down
Clean and easy access to the highway
Elevator next to our room was out of order so we had to walk to the central elevator
