1 nuit proche du Palais de la musique
Pros:

Le hall d'entrée très vaste et joliment décoré. L'accueil du staff réception très agréable et clair en plus on nous offre des biscuits ! Belle surprise d'être surclassés sans en avoir fait la demande ! Super d'avoir en chambre une cruche qui peut être remplie à la fontaine à eau de l'étage, c'est une formule respectueuse de l'environnement !

Это был худший опыт за всю мою поездку. Персонал откровенно грубый и абсолютно непрофессиональный ни одной улыбки, на ресепшене обращались грубо и без какого-либо уважения.

В баре ситуация не лучше: официантка встретила нас с таким выражением лица, будто мы ей чем-то обязаны.

Номера грязные, полотенца в ужасном состоянии. Даже стаканы, которые стояли в номере, были грязными.

Кроме того, у нас было много чемоданов и сумок, но не оказалось ни одного сотрудника, который помог бы донести их до номера для отеля такого уровня это просто недопустимо.

Также в номере, рассчитанном на двоих, стояла третья дополнительная кровать, из-за чего в комнате было практически невозможно нормально передвигаться. К тому же по ошибке был оформлен номер с двумя раздельными кроватями, хотя нам нужна была одна большая. Когда мы обратились на ресепшен с просьбой объединить кровати, с нас потребовали дополнительную оплату, хотя в большинстве отелей это делается бесплатно.

Сам отель мог бы быть нормальным, но из-за такого отношения персонала впечатление полностью испорчено. Для Hilton это позор — уровень сервиса едва дотягивает до 3 звёзд, а то и ниже.

La literie était très bien. Très grande télévision et bonne isolation phonique. Le personnel est très accueillant.

Wochenende zu einem guten Preis im Hilton in Strassbourg. Das Hotel liegt nördlich vom Zentrum, ist aber mit der Tram gut zu erreichen. Parkplatz gibt es am Hotel. Wir bekamen beim Check In ein Upgrade auf ein größeres Zimmer. Gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

An einigen Stellen ist das Haus in die Jahre gekommen und müsste renoviert werden.
