The shower, not only that, no garbage bags, the tub was filthy, mold in the shower, dust hanging around the mirror and the vents..stains all over the floor. And the manager Diego Eloisa was very uncooperative and nonchalant, as if it was normal. Offered to give me points instead of a refund. Totally unacceptable! I will be submitting their unfair practices to the trade

Excellent experience

Saturday afternoon pool was busy with families. They have a time for adults 10 - 11pm. I had the gym and pool to myself in the mornings. Gym was open 24/7 and the pool opened at 6 am.

Made reservation weeks prior Switched dates and got there no room available and they have two room fees from my credit card

I love the way they check on you to make sure everything is okay.

The rooms were large and spacious and clean.

Great suite hotel.

Would not stay here again. The AC is loud and shut on/off again all night, waking me up. There's a stain on the ceiling from water damage. The shower has a strange design where there's only a half pane of glass and the rest of it's open so you have to stand under the shower and get sprayed with cold water when you turn it on, then water splashes out onto the floor as you shower.

There were also guests here with kids that were literally screaming in the hallways at night. It went on for hours, and I saw other guests looking out their rooms to see what was going on. When I called the front desk at 9:45, they told me they were aware of it but that curfew doesn't start until 10:00 and quiet hours start at 11:00. It's bizarre to me that a hotel would allow that kind of noise at any part of the day or night.

SUB-STANDARD ! IF THERE WAS A NEGATIVE RATING...IT WOULD STILL BE TOO HIGH. THE ROOMS NEED A COMPLETE REMODEL BUT THE WORST PART WAS THE LACK OF CLEANLINESS AND LACK OF REPAIR.
1. Tub shower head leaked so bad, it actually ran water not dripped and splashed water all over the toilet and floor. husband got it to stop leaking from the shower and got it to come out of the tub spout which stopped the splashing and noise which you could hear in the sleeping area.
2. Sink faucet needs to be replaced. It was stripped and difficult to turn the handle.
3. The water temp was way to hot, it was scalding and you couldn't put your hand under it. actually steamed coming out of the faucet. Illinois code is 115degrees. this was way beyond that.
4. Bathroom floor dirty, broken tiles, not even vacuumed and stained so wasn't even washed in between guests.
5. Housekeeping changed sheets and when I pulled back the comforter that evening, giant stain couldn't miss it...not sure how housekeeper DIDN'T see it or maybe didn't care would be a better description. So we stripped the beds to inspect them and found the other bed comforter dirty, stained. Reported it to the front desk, they sent another housekeeper with clean sheets and comforter. The "clean" comforter had a blood smear on it.
6. refrigerator full of sandwiches, bottle water, protein drinks, new styrofoam coolers & smaller cooler bag left on table to fill with the food/drink for the ride home. had taken things to the car first thing in the morning, went to breakfast, came back and everything in the refrigerator was gone, coolers/cooler bag sitting on floor in hallway by the room. Husband had 10lbs of salmon fillets in frig from Lake Michigan fishing trip that was going in one of the coolers with ice. ALL GONE.
HOUSEKEEPER DIDN'T EVEN CHECK TO SEE IF WE HAD CHECKED OUT YET. IT WAS 10AM, CHECK-OUT IS NOON. SHE SHOULD HAVE CALLED FRONT DESK TO SEE IF WE CHECKED OUT. SHOULD NOT HAVE TAKEN ANYTHING.
THEN THEY OFFER ME HILTON HONORS POINTS FOR THE INCONVENIENCE... LIKE WE WOULD EVER CONSIDER STAYING AT ANOTHER HILTON PROPERTY LOL...
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AT MOTEL 6... GUARANTEE ITS IN BETTER CONDITION THAT THIS PLACE. THIS IS 100% REAL REVIEW AND OUR EXPERIENCE AT THIS LOCATION.
WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT AND MANAGEMENT OBVIOUSLY DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THE CONDITION.
