Hilton Knoxville

We are here just passing through the city and we always stay with Hilton. Anders greeted us at our car and helped us Valet. It was smooth and easy. He got us a cart and told us to go ahead and check I. And he got our stuff and took it to our room. We had a baby so that was very helpful. Thanks Hilton.

Connor hustled for our car. We just came for a quick drink and he just had us park on the curb and pay for a daily parking. Thank you. The drinks were amazing and we did grab some apps as well. Great night overall

Anders is such a doll. He went and got some things out of the car for us. He was fast with it too. We are old and we have a lot of stuff in our car and he offered to go get it for us. So thank you Anders.

Hilton hotels are dope. I appreciate the help everyone gave me from valet to front desk. Anders helped me and my daughter unload my truck and parked it for us. Thank you!

So I have an electric car. And it’s funny because I showed them and they still couldn’t get it. No problem tho. Anders and Connor helped me at least get it myself. But I wanted to show I’m not disappointed they couldn’t figure it out. So I’m leaving them a review to help them out a little

The check in process was very efficient. Anders and Connor helped me valet my truck. The front desk was quick as I checked in early. I’ve been to this Hilton quite a few times. And I love it. The rooms are nice and th suites are better. It’s worth the stay if you decide to come to Knoxville. There are great walking food spots very close to the hotel.

So I’m a travel nurse and I got called in to work at the University hospital. The Valet people were so nice and the check in people were awesome. Anders parked my car for me while I went to get checked in. The other Valet Julian helped me unload my car and helped me get my luggage on a cart. Thank you for the help guys.

Well. I’m here just for a business meeting and all I have to say is good things. Hilton hotels are always smooth and clean. The staff is mostly nice. I’ve had some negative experiences in other hiltons in the country. But Hilton Knoxville is one I keep coming back to. The valet manager is legit. Anders is a hard worker. And Him and the manager seem to have a great time. Honestly the valet at the Hilton seems like a fun job. The people working know how to have a good time. Also, Josh knows how to drive a car. Takes him like 1 minute to get the car for me ! The front desk Kelly is very respectful and kind.

Julian was amazing at valet, he helped me out immediately with my car and luggage.

Shoutout Valet at the Hilton! They were super busy and the Hustle from Julian was amazing. I think he got 4 cars in 5 minutes. He was movin. The rooms were amazing and comfy. The front desk was also superb. The restaurant was great as well. They make a real good burger. Shoutout Knoxville

I'm a Hilton Honors member and try to stay in Hilton's to get the , but I was disappointed with our recent stay. While the staff is wonderful, the hotel is just OK. Our tub didn't drain and the walls were paper thin. The one morning I was able to sleep in, was awakened at 6 AM by the staff opening and closing doors to the supply room and my neighbor peeing and flushing. Could also smell weed coming through the bathroom vents. The HVAC was very loud and did not even evenly regulate the room temperature. I did not sleep well during our two nights day.

Chose a room on the 15th floor, with a lovely view of the river, but in the mornings, the windows fog up and you cannot see out.

I was excited that there was a Starbucks in the lobby, but there's very limited seating in the lobby, and let the doors opening andclosing in 30° weather, it's not comfortable to sit there. There's no other place to go and sit quietly.

That said, the hotel is walking distance to everything. We were there for a volleyball tournament at the convention center, and it's less than a five minute walk. Also close to all the shops and restaurants. So, great location. But there are other options that are nicer, and I will probably not stay here again.

Volley ball tournament in town. Came to the Hilton and everyone came in at once. The traffic was backed up bad. Anders was by himself for all of that and he did a great job. Directing traffic and letting everyone get a turn to valet. The check in process wasn’t the best, just because we were stuck in the car for a while but that was the only issue. I guess everyone traveled at the same time. Hilton’s are always a great time!

Man it’s cold in Knoxville. As soon as I pulled up I was greeted with smiles and great warm hospitality. Anders helped my wife and I check in, get our bags out of the car and even helped us locate a place for dinner. The front desk was very welcoming and professional, assisting with any issues or concerns. I hope everyone has a chance to visit Knoxville and enjoy a warm stay at the Hilton

Business as always. I love the city of Knoxville even if I’m here for a day or longer. It’s awesome. Thank you Hilton for the warm welcome and the amazing stay. Anders at the valet made is quick and easy to park and retrieve our car. Also a great location for a hotel. Right in the middle of everything. 10/10 stay.

On a little road trip down in the south east of the USA and stopped by Knoxville. Anders helped me check in and grab my bags. He also parked my truck for me and told me about what to do while I’m here for a night or 2. The Hilton was very nice and comfy for a quick stay. I love Hilton hotels so very thankful for good staff and hospitality!

Checking into my room and found part of the ceiling on my bed. Called down and was given a different room, which they did bring a key for, then gave me a $45 voucher for my inconvenience. Turned that in at dinner and was told it would come off my bill later....of course it didn't and my folio is a confusing mess of adds and transfers where they added food to my bill, transferred it as a credit, but then added it back to my bill. Very sneaky and an absolute debacle for my expense reporting. Back to the Embassy Suites for me.

We were in a jam getting food and drink for our volleyball team. David and Edna at the front desk were so kind and helpful. I really appreciate their thoughtfulness and help making sure our girls were taken care of. Great customer service!

Thank you to the Hilton of Knoxville. Love the energy walking in. The valet Anders was cracking me up. Sirnaan was helpful and quick to help. They had me park my car on the end and helped me with my luggage. I couldn’t have done it by myself as my kids were yelling. Thank you!
