Kids loved the pool

Cons:

The staff member wasn't friendly at check in and then after checkout we were charged for 2 bottles of water that they claimed we drank. We did not drink any of the bottles of water, we brought our own reusable water bottles and didn't even touch the ones in the room.

Too pricey for what it is.
Pros:

Staff was accommodating as best they could.

Cons:

Both pools were closed, front of hotel under construction, valet was a bit of mess (staff did great with what they were working with) shower backed up. Room we were traveling with lost hot water. Exhaust fan didn’t work. Clear water damage in bathrooms and tops of ceilings above the beds. AC wasn’t the best. Overall for what is charged a night, it was probably one of the worst hiltons we have stayed at

The motel was in a good location for the event that we were there but that's it.
Pros:

bed was comfy but that was about all that good

Cons:

If we had been notified that there was no parking or entrance open to the motel. We had to go in the back side of the motel and it made it very hard to unload and get into the motel because of construction onsite. My 87 yr old mother had difficulties getting in/out. The lady at check in was very snippy and rude. The others that was there was nice. We have always used Hilton Hotels. This was the worst that we've ever been to.

Overall nice stay. I would recommend the Hilton Knoxville.
Pros:

hotel location near TN Theater

Cons:

check in seemed slow and laborious. Just seems like it could be quicker if you made a reservation.
