Roomy and very comfortable; great location too!
The location was great, we had a show to go to one block away and everything was within walking distance. It was very clean and quiet as well.
I didn't like that the bathroom fan didn't work, I was a bit worried about mold exposure due to this. I also didn't like how close the other rooms were to ours, although we were in a corner room we didn't get to pick the room or floor we reserved which was unfortunate.

They have super nice people working here. They are very well located. You can easily walk anywhere downtown and campus is only a mile away. There is a huge window in my room that allows me to look out at the beautiful green trees and the distance. On the negative side there is a rip in my couch, there are weird stains on the toilet that I'm not sure our permanent or whether it needs to be cleaned badly, there are almost no outlets that work with recent cords and adapters. For me the non-starter is there are no opening windows so you have the same air circulating inside all the time and your hair and skin get super dry because it's all weird circulating air with never any fresh air. Personally, I would stay at one of several other hotels in town before I would stay here again. Though I like it that people are nice and it is well located.
I love the location, the amenities, the staff and the rooms. Plus, they have a great on-site restaurant.
Valet was extremely kind and helpful. They took really good care of us.
We were greeted by Charlie doing Valet. He took very good care of us and made sure we had everything we needed. He was super fast with getting our vehicle. The room came with a view. The beds are so comfy.

We came here to go see a show at the Hult Center so with the graduate being next-door it’s the perfect location. The atmosphere is fun and inviting. The rooms are nice and roomy and the value is great. We come back often.
Charlie our valet went above and beyond to help us get our forgotten dress shoes before the play. He also recommended all the places to eat around the hotel.
The location is perfect. We went to the Hult center for a performance. Close to great restaurants. It is a bit pricey, but you can't beat the location. The atmosphere is classy, fun , and eclectic. Clean rooms and comfy beds. . I have stayed here plenty of times and this was the first time we had to listen to a loud party going on, on the floor under us. And, There were kids running around the halls. Fortunately it stopped around 9:30. All in all... it's a lovely place to stay. The valet experience was wonderful!

Visiting my daughter at Uo. Nice staff and clean hotel, but very weird vibes. Many times during my stay, supposed managers come over and start strange robotic conversations with me about my stay. The same manager would also be in the cafe openly berating the baristas about what they're doing wrong as there were guests sitting right behind them. As I said, I had nothing but great experiences with the staff, and it felt like she was trying to purposely embarrass them in front of the customers. Very weird, I tried to avoid being in the hotel as much as possible. I don't think it would come back here next time I visit Eugene.
The room was way bigger than expected! The views were nice. Walking distance to dining and coffee. We even hit up the farmers market a block away. Valet was very convenient. We ordered late night voodoo donuts that were delivered to the lobby within 15 mins. We’ve stayed at almost every hotel in Eugene and this is by far the best!!!
