Hotel were great.
Bed was hard and pillows weren’t the best. Our AC wouldn’t get the room cooler as the temp it was set to so it was very hot.

I have a massive complaint which is so bad that i advise any travellers NOT to book this place. The place is perfectly nice BUT the reception staff were USELESS, and there is a major issue with the SAFETY of your items at this hotel. My colleague and i stupidly left our brand new and relatively expensive sports jackets in the bedroom cupboard when we left. Realising this i called the next day and then again 3 more times over the next 2 days to have them found and make a plan to collect them. Each time the reception staff put me through to Housekeeping, where i waited 20-30 mins before giving up either because i didn't get any answer or being told by reception someone would call me back. Once i finally got an answer from reception that no jackets had been found, which i strongly felt was just said to get rid of me. When i then asked to speak to a manager as this clearly implied either the next guest had taken them (very unlikely) or the cleaners had (?) i was told no-one was available and they would call back. No-one ever did. In the end i had to return to the UK and miss my chance to sort the situation. So i am left with the conclusion that this hotel has a big staff care/honesty issue. Don't go. i wont be.
I waited long enough for management to respond to my direct e-mail but it seems they are too busy.
Simply, blood on the sheets, mattress doesn't fit frame and collapsed towards the marble night stand, and no shower gel. I alerted desk staff and they gave me the managers business card.

I had an awesome experience at this hotel. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and the room was exactly what I needed. I enjoyed the breakfast they offered and lounging by the pool. Highly recommend anchors definitely stay here again!
My experience at this hotel was the worse I ever experienced . The front staff in the morning is awful. Very rude and unprofessional Marcia front desk agent. I came to find out she checked me into a room that was not fully checked in and they couldn’t find me in the system. Staff needs training.
The proximity to the airport.
I had a significant issue with the plumbing within my room, and the issue was not adequately addressed to my satisfaction. The issue disrupted my comfort and wasted a good amount of my time. The staff eventually fixed the problem, but they did nothing to address the fact that I was inconvenienced and that my time was disrupted. They only apologized halfheartedly in passing, after my time was disrupted/wasted! I felt neglected and treated like a mere robotic number. I've been to many hotels, and I've honestly never felt so disrespected in my life.
