The omelettes to order were a nice touch at breakfast. The pool /spa and outdoor area were lovely.
The service during our stay was disappointing.
We called reception twice from our room and received no answer either time. We also requested an extra chair, which was supposedly sent to engineering, but it never arrived and no one followed up.
On the second day, housekeeping left a note asking us to call “0” before 5 pm to reschedule service because we had the Do Not Disturb sign on. When we called, there was no answer. I then went downstairs to speak with reception, who said they would notify housekeeping. Despite this, our room was not serviced after we were out for several hours.
Additionally, there is a sticky patch on the carpet in the room, and one of the power boards behind the TV pulled out of its mounting when I removed a plug.
I texted these concerns to the hotel’s service line and requested a food and beverage voucher as compensation. I was told management would review the request, but no one ever followed up.

I looked through the other reviews to see if mine would sound like a single whiner, but apparently not. Clearly this hotel and the staff need to reevaluate their understanding of the service industry.
I have been an Hilton Honors Gold Member for about 15 years with the occasional year hitting Diamond and have stayed at Hiltons all over the United States. This Hilton BY FAR has the absolute most rude and horrible staff I have ever experienced. I contacted Hilton Honors and submitted a case regarding my complaints and never heard back for more than a week, so I checked up and found out that a "manager" completely lied and also claimed to have called me back, which also was a lie.
Here's the kicker, other than a horrible staff, which is clearly well documented in other reviews, and very gross rooms... My final bill was wrong, which is a problem considering that I have to do a reimbursement. I have repeatedly called to have the bill fixed, but nobody cares and refuse to call me back. The insane part? My bill isn't in the hotels favor, it's in my favor... They didn't charge me for two nights. So yes, I AM TRYING TO GET SOMEONE TO CALL ME SO I CAN PAY THEM THE TWO NIGHTS THAT THEY DIDNT CHARGE ME, AND THEY REFUSE TO CALL ME BACK!!! Never in my wildest dreams would I ever think that could have happened.
Well, screw you Hilton, I'm not gonna answer if you ever do call and I'll just keep my money. Oh and I'm also going to burn through my couple hundred thousand points and stay on your dime and then cancel my Honors and my Amex and switch over to Marriot. Bonvoy-age Hilton!!

I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Palm Beach. From the moment I arrived the staff were pleasant and warm, creating a welcoming atmosphere that set the tone for the entire visit. Murat, the front desk manager, was phenomenal—always friendly, professional, and attentive to every need, making check-in and every interaction effortless. Breakfast each morning was top notch, with an outstanding omelet station and restaurant staff who were efficient and genuinely kind. My room was comfortable, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully arranged for a relaxing stay. Small touches throughout the property added to the experience and showed genuine care for guests. I highly recommend the Hilton Palm Beach for anyone looking for excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and a delicious breakfast to start the day.

This was hands down one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was filthy, and the most alarming part was finding mold on the bedding and covers. That alone is a serious health concern and completely unacceptable for any hotel, regardless of price.
The room clearly had not been properly cleaned or inspected. The smell, the condition of the linens, and the overall lack of hygiene made it impossible to feel comfortable or safe staying here.
To make matters worse, the customer service was just as bad. Staff were dismissive, unhelpful, and showed zero urgency or concern when the issue was brought to their attention. No apology, no real attempt to fix the situation just excuses.
This place should be shut down until it can meet basic cleanliness and safety standards. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, and I will definitely never stay here again. Save your money and your health stay somewhere else.
Physical property is fine, pretty good even for an airport hotel. Service is poor - rude front desk, waitress who barely spoke English (which is fine, bur not for that job), text to check if they could do anything to make my stay better at 2:30 am (yes, stop texting me at 2:30 AM).
