Keine Reaktion auf 2 emails. Keine Reaktion auf 2 Anrufe. Haben Bitte um Tour ignoriert. Erst nach 10 Minuten sich aufgemacht beim Vallett Parking das Auto zu holen. Mussten insgesamt 40 Minuten warten . Wurden vorgehalten dies nicht im Kleingedruckten 22:00 Abends vorher gelesen im extrem kleingedruckten zu haben. Es gibt sicher gute Hiltons. Dies gehört nicht dazu.

Great location, room comfortable, good bed

Cons:

A petty thing but coffee, milk and chocolate that we used wasn't replaced unless we asked, pool overcrowded and in shade

I absolutely loved the breakfast, food was so good and staff amazing.

Cons:

Our original room we weren't very happy with, but I went down to reception and the lovely staff provided me with a wonderful room that we thought was good value for our money.

The check in services were very efficient tge room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

I was travelling with 2 children the children's room service meals were very disappointing and certainly expensive for what was received.
