Staff were pleasant
Very outdated. Shower was in a sunken bath and some tiles were broken in the bathroom.
早餐品种应该再丰富一些。
LOCATION
CLEANLINESS, SHOWER ACCESS,
Location, comfortable room
Too crowded because of conferences
Great location to access the Central Markets and tram system.
The Hotel is looking a little tired, and the level of cleanliness in the common areas ie Level 16 lift door exteriors were coated in a heavy dust. Some of the concierge staff were quite relaxed, and not as polished/professional as other concierge staff at other hotel establishments. There was no mention when booking that the hotel was under refurbishment.
Location
There was no footy on the public TV screens or in the rooms. Considering it was the celebration of football and Adelaide was hosting all the afl teams for gather round, it was very poor to pay so much for a room and not have the footy on. Please fix this for next year.
Breakfast was good however the air conditioning in the dining area made the hot food go cold before I could finish eating m.
There was nothing that I didn’t like.
Location, staff, breakfast
Renovations- but they were known
It was very comfortable to stay overnight. They offered good breakfast which was included with our package.
Our stay was not as convenient as we had expected. The hotel does not offer complimentary parking and charges $60 per day for valet parking, which made it less suitable for us. Upon arrival, there was limited assistance with our luggage, which was disappointing. Housekeeping service was also inconsistent. Basic amenities were not always replenished properly. For example, tea packets were insufficient, tissues ran out and were not replaced promptly, and toiletries such as toothbrushes were sometimes missed. Additionally, it was quite difficult to contact the hotel staff by phone, particularly during the night, when we needed assistance with these items.
While the hotel offers a buffet breakfast, the coffee quality was underwhelming, and there did not appear to be a proper coffee machine available.
