Good stay room average
Pros:

Location excellent, room with a view great.

Cons:

Shower door kept opening whilst showering, carpet was discusting , stretched with lumps and bumps, dangerous for disabled, bed like trampoline , you were bounced when a person got into or out of bed and rolled over in bed.

Great hotel in a very convenient city location.
Pros:

Lovely hotel in a convenient location - free CBD tram out the front, Central market around the corner. Hotel is clean and modern. Bed was very comfortable. Room size was wonderful. Toiletries were lovely. Staff very friendly and professional. Wide offering for breakfast.

Cons:

Only stayed a night. Didnt get an opportunity to use the gym or pool. I am sure that they are well maintained.

Pros:

Central location, easy to find.

Cons:

The double room we had could do with some upgrading. There was a lack of plug sockets for the modern life with many things to charge.

Pros:

Staff were trying but it was obvious they were overwhelmed. Bed, linen room good.

Cons:

The 1982 bar fridge needed to be turned up to make anything cold. No fan in the bathroom. Hallways lined with dishes, cotton buds, signs of staff being overwhelmed. Valet parking was a nightmare, again lack of staff.

The room was amazing

Cons:

The service in the Coal restaurant was very poor. The staff were lovely just none of them seemed to be trained
The parking was expensive (AUID60 per night)... appreciate it is the Hilton but even the Savoy (Melbourne) is AUD40
