Foyer was beautiful and gym facilities were great.

Cons:

Woken at 7am by loud construction noises coming from directly above our room. Couldn't get back to sleep. Here's a tip: if you're gonna renovate, leave a buffer of at least one floor, or better yet, wait until checkout before you start hammering.

We have an investors group staying at the Hotel and we did not get any complain from them.
Pros:

Its look like the Hotel is going through some renovation and so far, look very impressive, the staffs were very helpful and accommodated all our requested.

What a perfect location for a City stay
Pros:

Fantastic location right in the CBD and right opposite the tram stop. We were heading to the Entertainment Centre so how perfect to jump on and off a free tram that went right to our destinations. Also made use of the fact we were so close to the Central market and Gouger Street.

Cons:

A downfall of being right in the CBD, sirens at night time. Being from the country this a noise my ears are not used to at night time so unfortunately my sleep was interrupted, but overall, great hotel
