An embarrassing and frustrating experience. They did upgrade them, likely as we are rewards members

The front desk could not find reservation booked through you.
Even though we all had email confirmations right there on our phone, it was as if they have nothing to do with you.
It took 20 minutes at 9 at night as I was checking son in for his vacation.

Cons:

All locations, disavow you whenever there is an issue and put the blame on you.

Pros:

The staff was so unhelpful, distracted, and told me they had no electric vehicle charging stations, although I ended up seeing some once I parked elsewhere.

Pleinement satisfait de la chambre. Très confortable. Beaucoup de rangement, dressing, tiroirs. La chambre est nettoyé tous les jours, avec remplacement des serviettes.

Cons:

Je dirais que le seul point qui m'a gêné, c'est la climatisation, dans la chambre et dans les couloirs. Sinon, l'hôtel était très bien.
