The executive suite upgrade was Beautiful and management was exceptional
Love everything
I was surprised by how much i liked the place. I thought it would be another chain franchise operation, but it was low key luxurious. My room was as big as a Manhattan apartment
I was given a room right by the elevator. Kids running around were very loud — whatareyagonna do— BUT all was quiet by 10pm. Nice
Ótima localização, restaurantes por perto. Recepção extremamente gentil e educada. Quarto grande e confortável. Shuttle free funcionou perfeitamente.
Pelo valor da estadia poderiam incluir o café da manhã.
They made good use of the space for outdoor seating. Ashley at the front desk was wonderful! So helpful and kind.
And it is in walking distance from the Burbank airport. Easy walk. (They also have a shuttle.) Also, great AC.
The room was smaller than expected but comfortable. The coffee bar needs to stay open longer! The outlets didn’t all work.
This stay was a complete nightmare and SHOCKING for the price, which I would expect would get you at least a basic level of peace, quiet, and cleanliness. The place was absolutely filthy first of all, run down and the carpets are disgusting. But the main issue is the noise level and vibrations from the old, outdated generators and AC units. The entire hotel is VIBRATING to the point that your room literally shakes like you are in a club. We kept trying to move rooms to get away from it and it turns out it's just the entire hotel that they feel is acceptable to have deep pulsing vibrations all through the night and then blasting bass if you dare to turn your AC unit on. It felt like I was trying to sleep in a washing machine or a freight train. Genuinely unbelievable experience. We were both in tears. To their credit the hotel staff were generally nice and accommodating. We just felt like it was a horrible value overall, it looked and sounded like a $70 motel with sub par, overpriced food. Would certainly not listen to any of the reviews talking about soundproofing or quiet, it was literally the loudest hotel I've ever stayed in

Clean and convenient
Good evening,
I am writing to formally demand resolution regarding a serious incident at the Los Angeles Marriott Burbank Airport involving my family.
I am a longtime international traveler and a working professional in the film industry, and I say that only to underscore that I have spent decades moving my family around the world and have never encountered a situation handled in this manner.
I made and paid for a reservation through Booking.com for my wife, my two-and-a-half-year-old son, and my father-in-law, who had just completed approximately 25 hours of international travel from Bulgaria.
Upon arrival, they were refused check-in by the supervising front desk employee because I, the booking party, was not physically present. I immediately engaged by phone, provided full confirmation details, and clarified that the guests were my immediate family, as noted in the reservation.
Despite this, the employee:
• Refused to offer any reasonable solution (authorization, verification, or escalation)
• Repeatedly terminated the call during attempts to resolve the issue
• Refused to involve a manager
• Directed my family to leave the premises late at night
As a result, my family—exhausted, with a young child—was forced to leave and secure alternate accommodation over 40 minutes away.
The hotel then retained payment while refusing to provide the service.
While I understand that verification policies may exist, what occurred here was not a matter of policy alone—it was a complete breakdown in judgment, professionalism, and basic duty of care.
I am requesting:
1. Immediate full refund of the denied stay
2. Reimbursement of the alternate accommodation
3. Reimbursement of transportation costs incurred
4. A formal investigation into the conduct of the employee involved
