I was not impressed with the hotel staff at the check-in desks. They were decidedly unfriendly.
Pros:

The location was great. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The first room we were assigned to was across from an elevator, and the noises were loud. Also, there was no hot water. The water was barely warm. After the first night, we moved rooms.

I will never stay here again.
Cons:

The hotel was old and smelled old on top of that you can see visible water damage every where the shower came out like a fire hydrant and the bed was so small you would think it was a twin size the internet was garbage and the TV glitched all night from connection issues. And that old smell in addition to the water damage smell this stay was not as advertised the only thing that was clean was updated was the lobby. This lobby staff was nice that is the only compliment I have.

Pros:

Scammed
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

We were scammed! We had a reservation but when we arrived we were told that they had no rooms available due to overbooking. They made us stay in a parlor room (a living room with no bed) and told us they would charge 50% for the room. They charged full price and now they don’t answer to our claims. Worst hotel experience ever.

I'd appreciate more attention to the customer's requests.
Pros:

The breakfast was ok, but more diversity of choices could be considered.

Cons:

1. There was no hot water in the bathtub. I had to wash my hair in the sink.
2. I asked two times to clean my room where I stayed four nights, but nobody cleaned it, so I stayed four nights in the room where cleaning service was not provided, despite the fact that I asked twice about it.
3. I didn't like to be approached with the question whether my breakfast was included or not while I was already sitting at the table and having my breakfast. My reservation included breakfast, and my expectation was that there was supposed to be a designated person at the restaurant' front desk to ask my room number and let me in based on my reservation info.

Excellent service - lovely hotel
Pros:

I love the cleanliness of the hotel in the excellent Customer service I always receive.

Cons:

The carpet in some of the rooms are outdated as well as the wallpaper yet the old school traditional vibes feel very comforting.. Almost like going home to your rich grandmother’s house.. always clean, always excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere.. love this hotel - it feels like home!
