It’s always great! This is the only hotel I stay at when I visit Raleigh.
Pros:

Breakfast is always great! Customer service was also wonderful

Cons:

The room was so clean. We were on the first floor and it just seemed a little bit older and not as clean as the other floors.

Stayed there because it’s across the street from Duke Hopital Raleigh.
Pros:

Best staff ever! Front desk, restaurant , shuttle and housekeeping. All fantastic, especially Sean at the front desk.

Cons:

Renovation in process, not a problem, but glad to see the facilities are being updated.
