Pros:

I booked a king room and ended up with 2 beds. That did not work well for my trip. Missing paint on walls in room and mold on bottom of shower curtain. Front desk staff was not helpful when I let them know I was not happy not having a king bed.

Overpriced for a miserable stay
Pros:

The parking lot was plentiful with multiple entrances. The lobby was beautiful and having a restaurant built into the hotel was nice.

Cons:

The rooms are outdated. Once you enter the hallways you can tell immediately they only renovated the lobby and community areas. The flooring was coming up and not clean. The beds were comfortable but small. 2 double bed room could barely accommodate 2 people. The TV didn’t even work for the entirety of my stay. The staff charged me a pet fee but did not include any of the amenities that go along with that price. The part I am most angered over is that booking.com gave me a $325 total with tax but I was billed $405 which is more than anticipated with the pet fee.

Our stay was disgraceful. The staff was unpleasant. One of the “managers” had a “DADDY” chain on . There were half naked

The bed was dirty and uncomfortable. The staff were unpleasant. Not family friendly at all . There was no parking on night. We found bed bugs in our room.
