Pros:

Loved the shuttle service!!!

Cons:

I didn't like $75 dollars for early check in. Most hotels do this as a free courtesy, and that is very much appreciated. I didn't like the $22 dollar breakfast cost when most hotels offer this free of charge. Overall very poor amenities.

The stay was excellent.
Pros:

I enjoyed the entire stay. The hotel is always nice and clean. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I love that there is access to the restaurants and shopping areas.

Cons:

I wish that I could have stayed more nights.

I like the friendly of staff

Cons:

I didn’t realize there was no free parking, and honestly that was disappointing. I’m already paying for everything else, so the least that could’ve been offered was complimentary parking. It definitely left a bad taste. I appreciate the $20 refund, but moving forward I know if I ever decide to stay there again — which I honestly don’t think I will — I’ll know what to expect.

Great price, location and experience!
Pros:

I didn't eat the breakfast but I did order from the bar menu. The charcuterie board was amazing. My check-in experience was exceptional. The gentleman that checked me in had a great upbeat personality. He definitely represents the brand well.

Cons:

The was a young black woman behind the bar when it first opened at 4pm. She was not friendly to her co workers.
