Pros:

The location was fine

Cons:

There was no hot water for showers the sheets on one bed were stained the staff was not friendly

This will not be my choice for my next trip.
Pros:

I was aware of the breafast however, I did not use this accomodation.

Cons:

The overall cleanliness of the hotel was not what I expected a Hilton to be. Also, the hot water being affected by high use throughout the hotel was quite disappointing as well.

Breakfast disappointment
Pros:

The pool. Mist places I stay at have outdoor pools and it was a tad too chilly for outside swims 😉

Cons:

We were under the impression that the breakfast buffet was included in the cost of our reservation. It was a shock when we received a $50 bill after we finished eating. Had we known ahead of time, we would have gone elsewhere to eat. It would have been ALOT cheaper.

Not worth the value to stay here. It might be for someone else but not for me.
Pros:

The bartender was very friendly and made some great drinks. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Conveniently located in the center of Raleigh so you are close to a lot of restaurants and shops.

Cons:

The hot water did not last long. The heater/ac was so loud that we couldn't really sleep at night. There was mold growing in the bathroom because there was no vent. The shower head was all rusted out. I am sorry but for staying at a highly known hotel you would think that they would take care of the place a little better.

One night stay for medical reasons
Pros:

The room I selected and paid for online is not the room I slept in. The complementary airport shuttle of old is no longer offered

Stay away
Pros:

Could not get room reserved. Took downgraded room for same price. Wallpaper peeling, ceiling coming loose, zero countertop in bath - free standing sink, no USB charging outlets in the room, tv reception intermittent. Will not return unless looking for a hotel out of the 70's.
