El cuarto estaba infestado de chinches, en las paredes, en el baño, parece no hacen Haceo ya q al mover las cortinas se encontraban muchas muertas y vivas en el piso, desgraciadamente me di cuenta la ultima noche al mover mi equipaje q estaba infestado. Y para que decirles toda mi familia picoteada con ronchas. El lugar es muy bonito pero no volvería a ir.

Pros:

Excelente servicio y el desayuno que incluía de muy buen sabor. En algunas ocasiones no nos dejaban toalla para secarse los pies saliendo del baño, ni toalla de manos. Las toallas un poco ásperas, eso sí, nos las cambiaban a diario, lo cual no era necesario para temas de cuidado del medio ambiente.

Todo está súper excelente, los únicos aspectos que cuidaría sería el servicio en restaurante en rapidez por qué la comida está rica. Falta rampas para gente mayor.

El hotel da para mas solo falta organizacio.
Pros:

Estuvo bien, solo que deben tener mas cuidado en el servicio de cocina, tardan mucho para servir, y no sirven todo completo, el baño no tiene ventilacion el area de la alberca no tiene iluminacion, y tampco servicio de alimentos uno tiene que subir a recepcion a pedir todo. En el area de playa nadie nos atendio, nosotros tuvimos que ir por sillas y la mesa porque las personas que atendian siempre estuvieron en su celular todo el tiempo.

Es un hotel boutique que me parecio bien cuidado, con decoracion original. La habitación era comoda, con clima y vista al jardin. Estuvimos muy agusto. El plus es la alberca y la comida del restaurante, que esta deliciosa. Sin duda, regresariamos.
