Everything about the hotel was great. The location, the cleanliness, the pool hours, the rooms were roomy and comfortable, the laundry room was great, the parking was great. Checking in and out was simple. I really enjoyed staying there and if we are ever back here again, I’m definitely staying here again.
Nothing it was perfect. This was the best hotel I ever stayed at anywhere.

The front desk employee was awful, rude and I can even say racist.
The room smelled really bad, dirty towels, hair in the shower from previous customers and when I went to get new “clean” towels to the front desk the same guy that gave me so much trouble to check in said that it was not possible that there was something dirty

Breakfast was good. The room was clean and had more than enough seating.
At check-in we were told that housekeeping only services the rooms every third day. I'm ok with that, but on the third day (which happened to be a Sunday) our room was not serviced. I'm ok with giving housekeeping staff the day off on Sundays, but then they should have serviced our room on Saturday to make up for not doing it on Sunday. So I was a little unhappy about that.

The room was very comfortable. The bathroom setup is great. Clean and the bed was superb. The location was very convenient.
The cost is a little steep, but we wanted a nice room in a secure location.

The facility was worn and very blah. Breakfast was abissmal. I have never seen such rubbery eggs, the bread was flavorless and there was no fruit offered.
