Pros:

Location hotel great. Only 15 minutes by cab to Sagrada Familia. Cab station right across the street from the hotel convenient. Loved the breakfast buffet.

Muy buena ubicación.
Personal muy amable.

Cons:

Nos dieron una habitación entre enhueco de los ascensores y del montacargas en la última planta. Imposible descansar todo el rato oíamos el ruido del ascensor y las poleas subiendo y bajando. Nos deberían haber dado tapones con la llave.
Cama muy pequeña de 1,35 por 1,90. Mi marido mide 1,96 y le colgaban los pies.

Enjoyed the stay except for luggage to taxi inconvenience
Pros:

Great central location with easy access to metro and great plaza to hang out

Cons:

Not being able to get Taxi or Uber to the hotel door as area is closed to traffic . Makes it hard for elderly guests to walk suitcases a few hundred yards

The doorman was very helpful.

We had to pay for parking at a different location other then the hotel, the room had a nasty view of a interior wall of the hotel, noise and not very pleasant.

Location, 5 min walk to Passeig de Gracia metro stop. Best shower ever.

Cons:

Uncomfortable bed, old hotel, high price. It did not feel 4 star, more like 2.5-3.

De forma geral o hotel é excelente, com ótima localização e ótima infraestrutura Tanto o quarto quanto o banheiro eram bastante confortáveis.

Cons:

Acredito que, pelo preço da estadia, e por ser um feriado, o café da manhã poderia ter mais variedades de comidas e bebidas.
