Muy buena la recepción, limpieza, desayuno y la ubicación.

Ubicación inmejorable

Cons:

Las habitaciones no tienen una mesa y silla para poder trabajar con un ordenador. No es hotel cómodo para temas de trabajo.
No hay salas para poder relajarse y charlar salvo los sofás de la recepción

Centrally located if you’re doing a lot of sightseeing.

Close to most of the places we wanted to go. Usually just a short taxi ride. the breakfast was good.

The room was very small for three people. There were no washcloths in our room.

The Wi-Fi. Omg. My room was so narrow. I didnt even had a fridge. Pics were not what i saw. Bed was so small.

I stayed at your hotel in Barcelona for just a few hours before an early morning flight. When I checked in, I specifically requested a quiet room because I needed to rest before traveling.

Unfortunately, I was given a room that was extremely noisy due to outside noise, making it impossible to sleep. I went back to the front desk and asked if it was possible to change rooms, but no one offered a solution or seemed willing to help. The staff’s attitude felt dismissive and unprofessional, which made the experience even more disappointing.

I chose your hotel expecting a comfortable and restful stay, but unfortunately, it did not meet those expectations. Given that I was unable to get the rest I specifically requested and that my concerns were not addressed, I hope you will review this situation and consider an appropriate gesture of goodwill to make up for this disappointing experience.

Sadly, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Me gustó la hospitalidad de las chicas de Recepcion y demás empleados

Cons:

Pues no me gustó que fuéramos a beber agua por el fuerte calor que había en la recepción y casi siempre estaba vacía y una de las cosas que más me gusta de Eurostar es su bienvenida

La posizione eccellente, centralissimo.
La stanza era molto graziosa, accogliente, pulita, luminosa e con letti comodi. Il bagno funzionale, abbastanza ben fornito sebbene mancasse qualche dotazione. La terrazza è sicuramente un punto di forza, ideale per momenti di relax.

Cons:

La chiusura della porta del bagno non è completamente ermetica, manca il chiavistello e pur essendo fisicamente separato dal resto della stanza da una porta in realtà ci sono degli anfratti perché non è presente il controtelaio.
Inoltre in bagno manca del tutto un sistema ventilazione per l’areazione.
La terrazza manca di alcune dotazioni, per esempio una luce serale.
