Perfezione e comodità sotto tutti i punti di vista.
Pros:

Arrivato in struttura sono stati super disponibili e gentili, ci hanno fatto un upgrade di stanza gratuito. Hotel moderno, pulito, accogliente e in ottima posizione. Nessun lato negativo.

Пока не попросили поменять полотенца - никто не поменял, хотя уборка производилась в комнате.Не докладывали чай в номере, хотя видно что он выпит .сотрудники на ресепшене смотрели оценивающе на нас , было неприятно . В день выселения, когда пришли за своими вещами в отель, я попросилась в туалет , мне швейцар показал где туалет, я поднялась ,не успела выйти из туалета как туда ворвалась сотрудница с ресепшена высокая, с рыжыми волосами, кудрявая и смотрела на меня как я мою руки , я не знаю языка , поэтому не могла спросить что ей нужно , за что она боялась ?за туалетную бумагу ??? Позор !!! Разберитесь со своими сотрудниками на ресепшн, надо быть попроще им.

Bien situado, cómodo y personal excelente.
Pros:

Muy bien situado y cómodo.Pero sobre todo la amabilidad y disposición del personal de recepción. Tuvimos un problema con el equipaje y nos lo resolvieron en un momento, cosa que para nosotros fue muy importante.Muy recomendable.

Kupaonska vrata se ne mogu u potpunost zatvoriti, a tamo je iwc, nije bilo wc četke, pa to zajedno stvara vrlo neigodan osjecaj. Dorucak je hio stereotpan, minimalano dobar za 4*
