Pros:

Upon check-in, we got to our room, opened the door and it hadn’t been cleaned yet. Went downstairs, got another key and the second room hadn’t been cleaned yet. Went back downstairs, was assigned another room and it wasn’t the type of room I selected. Went back downstairs and was told when booking through a third party (Booking.com) you’re guaranteed a room but not room type. Whatever.

Cons:

The breakfast ended early on Saturday. The front desk staff stated the breakfast end at 9 on weekdays but it was a Saturday . She then realized it was Saturday and stated well maybe they are cleaning up . That’s a poor excuse it seemed like they never had any breakfast to begin with. Sunday i went down and the breakfast was not many options just cold stuff. Not to mention our air was out in the room and they sent someone to fix it but it went out again so they sent someone else to fix it but they couldn’t and it was really hot in the room , eventually we were moved to another room but it was an very uncomfortable and inconvenient situation during our stay
