Des voleurs.
Pros:

€294 charged for a room I never stayed in! I cancelled my reservation the same day, within 3 minutes, and sent an email immediately. Despite this, customer service did nothing and I still have not received a refund. Unacceptable

Cons:

Aucun service client !!!! Jai reserver et demander le parking avant suil repond jai vu sur google qui y’avais pas j’ai demander annulation. On ma cas meme prélever totalité ! Aucun ecoute aucun geste pour une nuit que jai annuler en 3 min!

Great stay for sightseeing
Pros:

very close to metro stations. Good accessible bathroom. Extremely helpful staff.

Cons:

Tiny lifts! A shower chair would have helped (we did ask).

Agréable et confortable malgré l’absence de TV.
Pros:

J’ai aimé l’emplacement et l’amabilité du personnel.
J’ai également apprécié les chambres spacieuses et la propreté.

Cons:

La TV de ma chambre n’arrivait pas à se connecter à mon iPhone. J’en ai parlé au personnel de l’accueil qui n’a pas pu m’aider.

Pros:

Breakfast is great: diversified with local and international cuisine and well organized.
Restaurant was really clean and well organized.
The personell are really helpfull and doing a great job.

Cons:

In the suite, the retractable couch is not really usable for a confortable sleep (the hinges of the couch are making a lot of noise; the matress is not even).

Good but terrible and super slow service

I liked the property and the fact that it was clean

Cons:

I didn’t like the staff and they’re absolutely inadequate and slow check in.The people working on the reception are underage which for a four star hotel is unacceptable
