My husband had his gold chain stolen from his neck by a pick pocket outside the hotel.. The receptionist Laia was absolutely wonderful. Rang the police, reported it to Manager, very caring and responsive to us. A credit to the hotel. Wasn't hotel's fault, we were naive to pick pocketing.
Funcionarios muito cordiais e dispostos a ajudar. Quarto sensacional, limpo, grande, super confortável e com amenidades. Localização perto do metrô. Nenhum ponto negativo!

Byli jsme na hotelu s dětmi, pokoj má jednu manželskou postel a rozkládací pohovku. Na pohovce se však nedalo moc spát, byla hodně křivá a strašně vrzala při přetáčení

La stanza era una junior suite abbastanza ampia ma non confortevole, soprattutto il bagno. Nel bagno mancava lo shampoo e le asciugamano facevano cattivo odore. Da un quattro stelle mi aspettavo qualcosina in più
La literie est super ! C'était très propre. Le petit déjeuner est varié et très bon.
Le personnel est professionnel et accueillant.
Nous étions dans une suite et l'avons trouvé un peu petite.
Le fait que la salle de bains soit accessible uniquement en passant par la partie chambre est dérangeant.
L'aménagement n'est pas adapté pour une suite.
