Hot shower!
Room smelled old and mildew, upon walking into the room. One of the lamp shades was broken. One of the bed lights was dying, dim and just not functioning correctly...

The carpets felt wet and dirty. Definitely could use a cleaning or replacing.
Room smelled horrible! When we checked in the room smelled strongly of perfumed deodorizing spray with undertones of something like a wet dirty rug. In the morning the perfume wore off and just left the horrible smell. The rug also looked gross, we made sure to keep shoes on at all times and not touch ot with our feet. The whole room was worn looking. The shelf between the beds looked like it was close to falling of the wall.
Room smelled horrible! When we walked in the scent of perfumy deodorizing spray hit you as soon as the door opened. Once entering, it seemed the smell was mingling with the scent of a nasty wet rug. By morning the perfume had worn off, and we were left with the horrible overwhelming smell. Told the front desk staff at checkout. They asked the room number and then they were like, "Oh yeh.... sorry about that, make sure you leave a review.... " it gave the impression they have heard this many times, and management/ owners won't fix the issue. This was by far our worst Hampton inn stay. We paid $100 more than other local hotels, thinking we knew we could depend on Hampton to be clean

Gewoontjes en heel veel plastic van borden tot bestek . Al vele hotels bezocht in de States maar eenmaal een normaal bord met normaal bestek meegemaakt.
Van 3 tot 5 sterren hotels .
- for the price we paid - we should not have to struggle to open/close the bathroom "barn door". Put some grease on the wheels, please!

We had a King suite but the lounge area was very dark and the window overlooking the marina was so small. It was a missed opportunity!
