Elegent and beautiful hotel!
Pros:

The hotel is well located. Walking distance to restaurants and stores. Beautiful decor with amazing art in the hallways.

Not worth the money.
Pros:

Location, which is obviously what they were selling.

Cons:

Room for two guests had only one piece of furniture to see the TV from. The bathroom had no counter or shelf on which to lay your own bottles, brushes, etc. The restaurants were terribly expensive. The room rate was high for what was provided.

From valet to check out and cocktails in between was awesome. However Breafast cafe and choices were not what I expected

The stay was decent but not worth the cost

Cons:

The rooms are small and don’t offer a microwave. There was one staff member available during check-in although there were others walking around. The AC in the room was very loud and there was a lot of noise coming from the hotel machinery located near our window on the 6th floor. There also were no clothes hangers in the closet, and the ice machine on our floor was broken.

A comfortable hotel with tasteful decor
Pros:

The stay was very comfortable, within walking distance of Dauphine Street. The staff was nice and helpful. The hotel is beautifully designed, including the artwork in the rooms. There are parking options all around.

Great location, very nice hotel.
Pros:

I loved the lobby and bar area. Loved the restaurant ate there for dinner. Loved the accessibiity and that valet parking was costly but not as outrageous as other places I have stated

Cons:

The bed in the premium room was much more comfortable than the regular room. I was dissaponted on my second visit when I had the regular room and the bed was not as comfortable. The remodel on the regular rom with the shower curtains was average for the cost of the room and the space in the bathroom area tight. The booking.com app created alot of probelms. On our first visit we were missing one of the two rooms we booked, on our second visit we were booked four rooms instead of two. On our first visit after traveling for ten ours and very tired it took over an hour to clear up the booking and find the second room. It seems there is never any rooms on the website so we were not able to use our 10% discount.
