No hot water at all. From the Refrigerator water was coming out on the ground floor, less toiletpaper, toaster does not work properly, bidet is not working, no adapter for european devices, how to charge your smartphone?!

I got billed for the night i ended up leaving because the room was simply nasty it smelled. The toilet kept running. The mattress springs you could feel laying down. It was one of my worst experience.

Location close enough to major roads, but the parking lot and surrounding "roads" are sand/dirt, which was confusing at first. Very little within walking distance, need a vehicle. Villa was clean but old, giving it a dingy feeling at times. Cleaning service came daily and did a good job.

Boring & outdated!

We had meant to book this hotel in Dubai but booked the one in Sharjah by mistake.However despite several attempts to cancel this booking and re- locate to the one in Dubai we were unsuccessful. If its the same hotel they should give some flexibility. The hotel is situated in a completely isolated & boring location. Kids were bored, no pool or any amusements nearby. Hotel was generally clean but Furniture is outdated and shabby looking, needs a bit of updating. Couldn't shake the feeling of gloom in this place. Building works right opposite hotel, heard its a mall, maybe things will get livelier once that's completed.
