To expensive for being in the bad part of time.

Cons:

People hanging out in the parking lot till 1:00 am, did not feel safe, they should have some security patrol the parking lot. Also, when I booked it, no one said anything about an extra $100 pet fee. It should’ve been addressed at the time of booking not when I checked in.

Comfortable
Pros:

The room(s) were nice and clean. Front desk staff were extremely nice and polite

Cons:

Our TV's didn't work "properly". We had to watch streaming instead of regular TV. Regular TV would freeze constantly. We had one light that we wouldn't use considering it would constantly flicker.

Pros:

It was spacious, and had a nice couch lounging area with tv.

Cons:

We bought pizza at the local target and used the oven, well it smoked up the room and we needed to use the fan vent from the overhead microwave. Also there were no "hot hands" to remove our pizza, so we had to use double wash clothes.

Great for lacrosse
Pros:

The room layout was great. There was a lot of space for all the sports stuff and my girls clothing.

Cons:

The laundry was on the otherside of the complex and the room didnt have a lot of utensils and flatware. Our ice machine didnt work and maintenance couldnt get it to work. Also found a dirty washcloth and garbage next to bed.

We stayed Saturday night. The price is way too expensive compared to Sunday night.

Location was good for the activities that we did

Cons:

A five dollar fee per night for parking. Very unusual for a large facility that was not located in a city.
It’s in an industrial park. They didn’t even ask if we had a car. That was very disappointing.

Front desk employees were fantastic.
Pros:

Location was very good. Nice pool and great stocked breakfast! Not far off 81, which was convenient. Room was spacious and clean!! Bed was comfortable.
