i loved the roomy space and the open outside area.
The 3rd bed sofabed was uncomfoetable and missing enough linen items.
The breakfast was very good as they served a variety of hot foods, different days different menu. I especially enjoyed the sausage gravy with biscuits. The room was big and the kitchen was a great addition. The refrigerator allowed us to bring home perishable food from the Amish areas we visited.
Decent
The lady at check-in at night - very rude
But the crew during the day was awesome.
Location, Breakfast food quality, friendly staff
Not getting our room cleaned
Loud car racing sounds and when it rains it creates a very loud sound like when water hits metal at high speed, couldn't sleep, utensils are in bad shape too
I'm not a breakfast person. However I got a cup of coffee and met some awesome ladies. They were there for the dog show. I also met their fur babies
Nothing
I liked the variety of breakfast foods. The pool was nice as well.
I didn’t like how housekeeping did not provide enough toilet tissue or towels for the rooms, during breakfast on the weekend there was this one lady who had a very bad attitude and was micromanaging every little thing down to the waffle maker, if she saw you touching the waffle maker she moved you out the way, she had an attitude because she had to clean up a spill, it was very off putting in my opinion. Lastly one night we ordered food we put in the description what room number we were the front desk did not want to tell the dasher where the room was and even told my wife that we weren’t allowed to do that , when my wife asked what exactly weren’t we supposed to do she said order food ? That didn’t make any sense at all.
The staff were extremely kind and accommodating. The facility was very clean. And we even forgot something when we left in the hotel. Staff called to let us know so we could retrieve the item.
They had an issue with a fire alarm the entire time we were there, but they did work on it
Room size
Charge for parking, room cleanliness, fact that picture showed indoor pool but there was not one was very misleading and we had 3 very upset kids
The space, breakfast, and that it had an indoor pool
I had a lot of issues with room, that shouldn’t have been an issue in a penthouse suite
The gentleman at the front desk that worked the evening shift both nights that we were there was exceptional!
It was clean and staff were accommodating. It was clean. Pool was larger than most hotel pools.
Breakfast was good. Having a full kitchen and living area is a must for our family.
The hallway always smelled very strong of chemicals or cologne. Although the pool was large and we wanted to use it, it smelled and looked like it needed shocked so we didn’t use it. We really needed two double or queen beds but it was so much more expensive for the location, so we settled for the king.
