Pros:

The location was great, the hotel itself was beautiful.

Cons:

The room was dirty and had garbage on the floor next to the bed. The ice machine was broken. Our room was not ready until over 2 hours after check in time. Staff was not very friendly or helpful.

Room Cleanliness, Unprofessional Staff during check in, Elevevator that didn't work properly and we're disgusting, No AC through any of the Lobbys or hallways, Only 1 working ice machine between all of the floors...

Nobody knew what was going on and this place is a dump.

Cons:

Nobody told us AC was out, no compensation for it, charged my card before we even knew it was out. (We said pay at hotel). Everything in our room was broken and stained, our beds sagged, nothing like a single photo listed.

Breakfast was very good. Waitress handled the low staff and waiting very prerfessional.

Cons:

Room was not clean when we arrived and we did let you know when we were arriving. There was an unmade bed, garbage left and dirty towels still on the floor in the bathroom. Also no air conditioning but we were informed when checking in. Noted some drops of blood in the elevator. Smelled pot in the garage and a homeless person was hanging around in the parking garage.
