Beautiful historic hotel! Staff were friendly. Enjoyed the bar! Would recommend this hotel. Clean room and easy parking beside hotel.
Na
The lobby is amazing. The rooms felt outdated and could use a refresh, especially the bedding.
Building interior is beautiful Exterior could be improved. Room adequate but small.
Stunning historic building made this stay memorable! Food was excellent and reasonably priced. I would stay here again. Warning - parking is convenient but not free! Rooms are just average but the setting makes that fact meaningless!
Great hotel. Always
Unique building, friendly staff, nice restaurants and bar.
Parking was great for $5. What I found troubling was that there were no luggage carts available. The staff said there were only three. There are stairs that lead up to the hotel entrance so dragging luggage up stairs and there are doors that have to be pulled out so the whole check-in experience for me was inconvenient and not easy.
Central location and it was cool to stay at a train station.
This hotel’s main floor lobby was quite lovey. Being an antique lover, I appreciated the marble, tile and richness of the woodwork. However, I was disappointed that the hotel’s ambiance was not carried out in our rooms. Also both check-in and check-out left much to be desired in that they were slow with only one desk person. I did not eat at the hotel, but the restaurants looked to be top notch!
Very clean, safe, great front of house staff. Only reason for the 4 stars was a noisy AC unit, which annoyed my sensitive father and interupted his beauty sleep.
Beautiful space!
Check woman was awesome, so kind and helpful. The hotel was absolutely beautiful. We never left. Had a great dinner at Traxx, the bartenders were very nice.
One of the most beautiful and unique hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The inside is marble, with Tiffany glass ceilings. Staff were consistently friendly and pleasant. Would absolutely stay again.
As good as last time
The lobby is lovely, everything is clean, beds are comfortable, staff is friendly and helpful. The air conditioning in the room is awful. It cycles on and off. You come in from 80 degrees outside and your room feels hotter. It soon kicks on but you have to wait for it to cool down. In the middle of the night you wake up sweating and the only thing you can do is throw off the covers.
Beautiful place. Would go again.
Great stay
Great Staff 😍
The room we were given smelled so bad (like urine) we couldn’t get more than a couple feet inside before having to turn around. When we asked for another room they said there we no other rooms available. When I asked for a refund, Anastasia, the purported manager, said we would definitely get a refund but the property later refused to refund the room charge to Expedia. Do not stay here.
