It is great location with wonderful staff. Such a shame Hilton has not maintained the hotel.
Pros:

The staff was wonderful and so accommodating. The location is excellent.

Cons:

The property is so run down. The carpets are dirty and worn. The furniture is stained and dirty in the rooms. The hotel needs serious sanitizing and updating.

Bff Christmas Staycation
Pros:

Front desk clerk, I think her name was Debbie. She was warm and welcoming. She promptly checked us in.
Informed us of ice machine locations, breakfast, and checkout times.

Cons:

Was disturbed twice before checkout.
Once at 9:30. Not sure if this was housekeeping or not. And once at 11:40.
Checkout was not until 12.

Perfect for what we needed as a halfway point on our travels!

The Breakfast was very good

Cons:

Had sent numerous Chat messages to staff and never got a response. Not one staff member spoke to me or my family. Even though we did digital check in, we walked thru lobby and ate breakfast the following morning
