Great accommodation for a great price.
Pros:

I have to drive from MN to NY a few times a year, and honestly found this location because it was at a good stopping point along the way, and it's now my regular stopping spot. The hotel is clean, the rooms are very comfortable, the staff are quite friendly. The breakfast is simple, but cover most options and is just what I need before hopping in the car again. The overall quality is at least as good as other hotels I've stayed at that charge a lot more.

Cons:

Really nothing to comment on here. My stays have been just fine.

Best place to stay with your pet!
Pros:

Excellent value! Accommodated our pet and had a great stay on our way home. This is definitely the best place to overnight when in the area. We always stay here on our holiday road trips and leave pleased. BtW, front desk ladies are super nice.

Cons:

Snowy parking lot (not the hotel’s fault) ...Ohio weather :(

Always a great cheap option.
Pros:

It is always a great cheap option when in the Milan area. Safe. Clean. Nice beds.

Cons:

The road to the hotel is undergoing significant construction that makes it very difficult to get to the hotel. And quite unsafe to put back into the road from the hotel. I expect the construction will result in a better access route.

The woman at the front desk seemed wildly overwhelmed. She didn't know a single thing to do in the area (a man asked for a nice restaurant recommendation and she couldn't give one.). This is managements training problem. How hard is it have a written sheet?

She also couldn't handle the pressure of a person on the phone and a person in front of her. This seems like a failure of emotional regulation.
