Tasha and Brianna were amazing!!
Pros:

LOVED Tasha and Brianna’s attitude and helpfulness. They always had a smile on their face, made you feel important even though they had a lobby full of guests and also trying to show rooms. To the property manager/owner: please invest in these 2 women! It is rare to find just 1 amazing, hard working, friendly staff member and you have 2 who exceed that. IF I was still managing hotels, they would be the exact candidates I would look for when hiring

Nothing! Yes there were some hiccups with my first room and minor issue with the room they moved me to. Note to travelers, please understand that things might not be absolutely perfect but with a kind, friendly attitude things can be resolved…this is coming from a guest who has 12+ years of hotel management experience from resort hotels to extended stay hotels

Pool was dirty. Rooms were dirty and had a smell. Air conditioners didn’t cool the room and was also dirty. Sheets and towels were dirty. Most of the outlets didn’t work. The refrigerator was dirty.

Night clerk worked hard to accommodate us after the ac did not work in the first room

Cons:

The check out clerk/ owner would not provide a check out ticket because I booked online. I simply wanted a proof of check out.
Also the riim had and odor and tge shower door leaked water over the floor.

Pros:

Ac made terrible noise in 2nd room and we could not stay there we turned in a request for refund and asked for new room …. Nothing was done and still hasn’t been done

The owner didn’t want to give us a refund. We had two rooms and one room the ac was broken and had roaches.

Nothing just the ladies up front who tried to help.

Cons:

The sheets was dirty, the rooms smelled and there was roaches and in one of the rooms the ac was broke. We had to switch rooms.

The sheets had holes in them. (I took photos). It was not a good or restful stay.

I did not like the hotel

Cons:

The sheets have holes in them, the room had a bad odor, the card didn’t work and we were upstairs at the very back of the property. I had to call the front desk and they did bring me another key. The TV remote was missing. I called the front desk again and the manger took a bit but he brought us a remote. Then returned and knocked again and said that he brought us two keys and one was his. This was at midnight. I did not feel safe or secure. It was not good.

Pros:

The property was complete unacceptable.

Cons:

The rooms were filthy, had bad odor, the furnishings were falling apart, the pool looked like it had not been cleaned in months. The staff were very rude. And the continental breakfast was the worst I’ve ever had in my life.

There was no blankets on bed and front desk said they didn’t have enough blankets
Front desk was wearing pajamas and they were rude when I was telling them what the problems were

And somebody’s pizza was in the fridge
And no toilet paper was in the room front desk was rude when I asked for some
