Scammed looks nothing like photos smells like masked mold and humid really horrible experience
The property was complete unacceptable.
The rooms were filthy, had bad odor, the furnishings were falling apart, the pool looked like it had not been cleaned in months. The staff were very rude. And the continental breakfast was the worst I’ve ever had in my life.

There was no blankets on bed and front desk said they didn’t have enough blankets
Front desk was wearing pajamas and they were rude when I was telling them what the problems were
There was blood on the pillow
And somebody’s pizza was in the fridge
And no toilet paper was in the room front desk was rude when I asked for some
The pool
Sheets were dirty. Asked for new clean ones, they too were filthy.
Floor was filthy, fridge was full of water and ice.
Mold on the headboards and walls. Roaches welcomed us. Room was stale and stank for a non smoking room
I made a reservation paid for it online and showed up but they would not let me check in because it was midnight when I called the superior person above them four times they told me it was a 24/7 check in yet the front desk still didn't let me check in so therefore I asked for refund and I haven't even got that so we didn't even stay and I lost money

The property is very dated. Old and dirty.
It was dirty, pool was empty. Got into the rooms the beds were not clean, we were advised they were out of blankets. They brought a small not very clean comforter . There was mold all over the walls some of the lights did not work, it was horrible. I couldn’t breath felt Ill.
it was horrible we only stay for one night and it was horrible. Sleep with no AC on. breakfast was only waffles
I didn’t like the property. It was very sketchy if you’re coming with the family, please do not stay in here and there are a lot of weird people around thank god i was with my partner because i was afraid

Everything. Had to move me 3 times to find a room with water in the bathroom. Frig broken. Bathroom supplies (tissue) empty, security lock broken, filthy, stained towels and bathtub.

The only thing nice was how comfortable the bed was and that it's 12 minutes from the beach.
Dirty. Mold growing in photo/paintings. Shower was broken and no hot water. Toilet barley flushed.
