Pros:

The location was good. The bed was comfortable. We would stay here again. Thank you to the staff for resolving the issue with the leak quickly with no issues!

Cons:

We ended up having to switch rooms due to a leak in the bathroom. I appreciate that they were able to move us to another room quickly with no issues.

Pros:

Dennys was literally the best thing of the stay.
Late check in was a plus (I check in around 8pm)

Cons:

Not clean, bed sheets stained, the walls in restroom were not cleaned, hair on sink and restroom floor.

Worse ever.

The room was clean and nice.

Cons:

I booked a room for 3 nights and had to cancel 2 nights, left after the first night, it was the worse booking I have ever had with Booking.com. At 3:00am someone drove up right outside my door and honked their horn then beat on my door and hello. At 9:30 I decided to leave this problem place and requested a refund for the next 2 nights, I will never stay at this place again.

Todo, desde que llegamos todo estuvo mal, llegamos y la televisión no tenía el cable de alimentación se Luz, el teléfono no funcionaba por lo que tuve que caminar cada vez hasta el lobby por cada cosa que estuvo mal, nos cambiaron la tele y el control no funcionaba, tuve que ir de nueva cuenta al lobby, el refrigerador no enfriaba, tuve que ir de nueva cuenta al lobby, estuvieron sacando cosas de otra habitación para colocarlas en la nuestra, porque nada funcionaba, el personal parecía nuevo o desorientado, se volteaban a ver solamente cada ocasión, y no éramos los únicos clientes con este tipo de situaciones en las habitaciones,

Very unsatisfying
Pros:

I asked for a double queen.. when I got to the room it was a double full. I asked the desk attendant that I wants double queen she told me they only had a king and the double full. There were 2 cars in the hotel location and 80% of the rooms vacant. She said she couldn’t help me. That is horrible service. She was also on FaceTime and talking with the guy she was talking to during the check in. Very un professional

The layout of the room.

Cons:

Our 1st room didn't have a place for our 5 year old to sleep even though we booked for 3 people. The toilet didn't work in this room and there were only towels for 2. They changed us to a room with sleeping for 3 but the couch had no bedding and the child's feet were black from the floor. We felt the location was not good. Lots of beggars walking through the parking lot begging for money. Wouldn't stay here ever again. Not up to La Quinta standards.

Unterkunft reagiert nicht auf EMail Anfragen. Ich hatte bereits bei der Buchung angefragt, ob wir etwas früher zwischen 13 u 14 Uhr einchecken können. Keine Antwort bekommen. nochmal eine Email gesendet, wieder keine Antwort. Um 14 Uhr angereist, am Empfang ein unfreundlicher, desinteressierter Mitarbeiter, der uns abgewimmelt hat: Check Inn ist erst ab 15 Uhr. Ich habe gefragt, ob er mal nachsehen kann, da ich um früheren Check Inn gebeten hatte. Nein - Zimmer nicht fertig! Kundentoilette aufgesucht, die war richtig schmutzig. Der Empfang und das ganze Gebäude wirkten ungepflegt und schmuddelig. Wir haben daraufhin entschieden, nicht dort zu übernachten. Zu den Zimmern kann ich daher nichts sagen, aber ich habe gerne darauf verzichtet.
