Pet friendly and smoking rooms

Cons:

Sense I booked online for a pet friendly and a smoking room,when I got there I got charged more money cause I didn't use their personal website to book the room so instead of only paying $134.00 after they charged more I ended up paying $235.00

Pros:

Location was good, staff was nice, and fixed the issues quickly.

Cons:

Property poor maintenance, door had mold all over it, roaches in the room, mold in the closet, nasty smell in the room. Swimming pool was disgusting

Nothing. Do not stay here the photos are totally misleading this place is unsanitary and unsafe. There's no management available and the front desk office is very rude. It took over an hour and I never was able to get acceptable accommodations and had to cut my stay short because the room was uninhabitable. There's no way for you to get a refund as it is at the discretion of the property booking.com was of no assistance to me. Their customer service team told me there's nothing they could do to help though my family was unsafe and the property was unwilling to help. He threatened to call the police on me for harassment simply for asking for a refund.

Cons:

It took over 1 hour after checking for me to get a room that was still below minimum standards. Two of the rooms had no housekeeping dirty linen food in the refrigerators hair on the walls and the drains dirty sinks and mirrors and roaches. The pool looks like a swamp.

You see in the pictures is not what you get
Pros:

You had water down coffee, no orange juice. All you had for breakfast was toast bagels that was it.

Cons:

so we had to climb stairs, no elevator the swimming pool was green and I wouldn’t recommend it to nobody

Would stay here again
Pros:

Easy access from the highway and it was clean

Cons:

Some of the other guests were loud into the late evening. And could have used better pillows or at least given 2 pillows per side of the bed.
