It had a restaurant next door.

Cons:

In and out of the facilities were bad. My room had many aesthetic and functional issues that need to be fixed. The Sheetrock over the bathtub was degraded horribly. Baseboards were missing and their fasteners were exposed. The morning I was leaving I noticed maggots crawling on the floor by the exterior door.
