Horrible, stay away.
Pros:

Next to a Mexican restaurant.

Cons:

The motel is outdated, room was dirty, the AF unit made weird sounds all night, neighbors talked way too loud late at night, toilet barely flushed and the staff refused a refund when I canceled my remaining 2 days. I had to dispute the charge with my bank. Worse motel I have ever stayed. Don't let the pictures online fool you, the place sucks.

Great location for Work Related Travel
Pros:

I MOST likely is location, location, location. Just about every store one could possibly need is within a 2 to 3 mile radius from this property. I also would like to thank the hotel staff who have persistently, each week of my lodging for work, has made sure to place me on the bottom floor of this motel away from the smoking area. This is a great location if you are coming in for work purposes.

Cons:

My only issue so far is the advertising of the property photo, it is misleading, because this a MOTEL NOT A HOTEL establishment. From the listing photo(s) one my assume it as a hotel (i.e., to have an accessible elevator).

Wish I could’ve gotten a refund for the day Idid not use.
Pros:

The accommodations were very nice and the people there were very very nice but things had changed and I had to leave a day early so I didn’t stay the full two days only stayed for one evening. I asked them for a refund for the day I did not use and they weren’t able to give it to me. I was very disappointed.

Don’t do it!! Look away.
Pros:

There is not much to say nice about this dank, rundown La Quinta!! It is quite literally —a mess. The facilities are sincerely rundown, and in desperate need of repair. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean —-however the first room smelled so badly of smoke and mold that we asked for another room.

Cons:

My mom always told me if you don’t have anything nice to say don’t say anything at all…..But in good conscience I can’t let other people actually book a room there expecting a clean pool that doesn’t have broken furniture all around, and a room that doesn’t stink.

Worst room ever
Pros:

AC did not work. It was already set at 60 and compressor never kicked on. Fridge worked but because AC didn’t, the fridge was covered with condensation which was dripping and pooling on the floor. Room was humid and floors wet due to no AC. Ceiling has mold. Alarm clock was unplugged. I tried to plug it in but got electrocuted due to old metal rusted outlet. One desk leg is broken. Pulled back blanket and sheet had yellow stains. Never staying here again.

Low price if booked online, you can clean up, shower and get comfortable sleep but place is old
Pros:

Breakfast skimpy. Boiled eggs only, toast, waffles, limited small muffins, cereal, no meat, apples only, yogurt, coffee OK, orange and apple juice. Online price of $68/ night OK, King size bed comfortable, close to many restaurants and Walmart, all within 1 mile, parking OK thanks to adjacent Casa Ole' parlong lot, duelly trucks with trailers even 18 wheeler parked there. A/C cold on hot summer day early July, located on feeder road with easy access to I-69/Hwy 59 and loop around Lufkin

Cons:

Toilet did not flush well and took long time to refill, ceramic tile floor damp with moisture, closet did not have a bar to hang clothes, door to bathroom could not be closed completely as hinge was not secured into the frame
